The location was fantastic, in the middle of everything, round the corner from Spanish Steps and near Trevi Fountain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants opposite hotel were good, but walk a bit further and there was loads of other eateries around. Had a lovely roof terrace where we had breakfast and also could enjoy a sunset drink at the end of the day

Room was a bit compact, but in these old buildings that's what one has to expect I suppose. The Street outside was noisy, so had to keep the windows shut and the aircon on, which was also noisy. There was a strange smell in the room from time to time. The lift was like a coffin, could only get one suitcase plus one person in it. But at least there was a lift!

literally the hotel locates at the heart of the city! we reached many parts of the historical locations by walking within a few minutes. And the breakfast was really good and everything was considered.

For our 5.5 years old boy, the hotel provided really uncomfortable bed. They need to upgrade child bed system.

Hotel was great - central and lovely staff. I had paid for cheapest compact room so can’t fault that it was small (expected this with location) Nice small roof terrace was the saviour to stop it feeling claustrophic

Only minor niggle was breakfast was only just being set up at 7:30 when we needed to eat in a hurry, keep that in mind if you have a deadline

Great location close to restaurants & Spanish steps. Rooms were clean & neat Receptionist Mikel was most helpful with information & even stored our luggage for a couple of weeks when we went touring

Rooms are very very small & since I had 2 suitcases it was difficult to move around the room . The shower was tiny but plenty of towels supplied

The room stated that it was small and we did know this upon booking but we didn’t realise how small it actually was. It was fine for us but others may struggle. There was also quite a few stairs and a lift, but again this was small. Overall we had a great stay, these may just be considerations for others upon booking.

Room was quite small but big enough for two. Is was clean. Shower was also small but pressure was good. Location was also great, there was a store nearby and short walk to subway. And pretty much everywhere.

Our room was on street side so sometimes I heard noises from there. It didn't bother us so much, slept very well nevertheless.

The hotel is very nice, the cozy room is super clean and sanitized. The bathroom is large and with big windows. Furniture is well-kept, linear and modern. Bed very comfortable. The location is fabulous, really close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast room is underground, small but well furnished. We will definitely be back.

The rooms were clean and enough space for everyone in them. The hotel is in a perfect position for sightseeing. The staff were always happy to help when needed.

The only slight downside was the noise of the showers from the rooms next door which when used late at night was very loud

The hotel is near the spanish stairs in a very good location. The staff was welcoming and helping. The room was clean, equipped, comfortable and maintained daily. The breakfast was perfect. Also beautiful balcony to the stret.

We heard few times the other room but mainly because they were noisy.

A very comfortable boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious with a lot of variety and courteous staff. I would definitely stay again.

The lift was a little small but functional.
