Hotel Aphrodite

The hotel is located just next to Roma Termini station, the main hub in Rome, so very convenient to use any kind of public transpot (buses, trains or underground) Both room and bathroom were clean even if they weren't big. Very friendly staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room Acceptable breakfast with good variety of pastries, but only one kind of bread just to make toasts. Very good coffee.

The shower is rather small, you could barely move The wifi was very unstable and weak even to send messages and upload and send photos. If you need a powerful Internet connection, this isn't your place

The location was ideal for travelling around the city. The staff were very helpful in pointing out places of interest and recommeding restaurants. The room was a suitable size for a couple and the hotel had elevator access to all floors.

The main disappointment of this hotel was the breakfast. It was very basic offering very few hot options. There was also not enough tables to accommodate the guests. You had to sit at tables that had not yet been cleared. Despite this I would still stay at this hotel again as it is well positioned and well priced.

Shower very powerful. Normal hair dryer on the bathroom on the wall, but didn't use it as I had packed my own. Good location for the main train station. Staff friendly. Very clean room. Most attractions within 20mins walk. Breakfast is reasonable. Free tourist maps in the hotel reception. Little food shop over the road, to get some bits like you would in Tesco Express

Air con isn't great, ended up sleeping with the window open every night so the room would cool down. If you want to dry your hair in the bathroom with your own appliances and an adapter, good luck... it falls out of the wall due to the weight with the adapter. Only 1 mirror in the whole room, which was in the bathroom. No full length mirror. Bed not the comfiest.

Hotel is loctated perfectly - literally next to the railway station, really close to the centre and the most important places in Rome. The staff is really kind and helpful, they were also able to speak English, what was very important for us as foreigners. Breakfast were fresh and tasty everyday.

Room was too small for us, behind the window we saw a wall, but it wasn’t such a big issue for us, because it was clean, comfortable and we were leaving hotel at the morning and coming back at night. WiFi connection was quite poor, what was a problem for me because I had to work sometimes.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The day before we were to check out , I came down with vertigo and they kindly made a room available for us. The location was great, directly across the road from Roma Tetmini, a supermarket, pharmacy, short walk to the metro and some great restaurants down the side streets. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We now have a hotel to stay in when we are in Rome.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect for us.

Its perfectly functional. Wanted it by the train station as was only one night. 20 min walk into central which was nice . Excellent restaurant near hotel

The breakfast was disappointing, the shower cubicle needed replacing obviously very old and we'll used the plug hole wide open so careful not to twist ankle while showering. Room was clean but the door was not brushed mopped as bottom of feet covered in dirt. Sockets and light switches in bathroom loose coming away from the walls

I like everything about Hotel Aphrodite, especially the staff. Fatima, Andrea and Kevin were especially nice and helpful to me. So was a new employee whose name, I think,, was Francesco.

I really can't name anything i didn't like. Hotels, for me, are mainly places to sleep and have breakfast. Fatima was always attentive to every question I had. Andrea suggested Da Nazareno for dinner, and I enjoyed the meal there. Kevin always has a smile on his face and is also very kind and polite. I didn't interact with other employees very much but I have no complaints about anyone.

The location is just perfect, 1-2 mins away from Termini central metro station Clean room and toilets “very important in Europe” Good breakfast with very nice espresso ☕️ and fruit salad If you arrive early you can keep your luggage at the reception and have a quick tour before checking in

The wifi connection “band width” is horrible, it doesn’t work properly, you can buy Vodafone SIM card for 17€ valid for 1 month Be prepared that the rooms are relatively small The window doesn’t open fully

The breakfast room was very nice with a good selection of food. All the staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. This was our second stay at this hotel and our room was bigger than the one we had previously. The hotel is clean and in an great location to walk to from the train station. We were surprised to find many nice restaurants near by and we felt safe walking near the hotel at night.

Small rooms and bathrooms. Poor WIFI that would often drop off as you used it or not connect at all.
