Great location comfortable neat & tidy

Shower base way we drain was blocked and base would fill up with water around my feet bit uncomfortable

We wanted to be near the railway station, and it was very close but still quiet. Staff were the standout, very helpful with everything including early luggage drop off , pre check in.

There is a lift, and it works, which was great, but it is very small. One with the luggage while the other does the stairs. But hey, no big issue for us

I stayed here on a business trip alone. Location is outstanding in a few minutes (2-3minites) on foot from termini station. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there are pharmacies and supermarkets at the station, so it is very convenient. Even at night, for example after 22:00, there are still people on the street and it is bright, so you can walk from the station to the hotel relatively safely. There is a bus terminal in front of the station, and there is subway station, so you can go anywhere sightseeing in Rome. The hotel and room are clean, and bath towels, towels, shampoo and soap are provided. The room was very comfortable with a refrigerator, security box and air conditioner. The staff was very kind and friendly, and I felt very comfortable staying there. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Rome.

The only thing is that the shower room is small.

We chose the accommodation mainly because of the location (Termini train station) and since it was for one night, we basically just slept there and took a shower. For that purpose it lived up to expectations, even though the bathroom is so minimalist. Very good location considering some of the attractions and the Vatican (metro). Friendly staff at the reception, elevator in the building (narrow), safe in the room, mineral water and a small chocolate bar in the room free of charge.

I didn't get a receipt when I paid my city tax. Don't expect luxury, there are other hotels for that, but I'm sure you know that.

The location was great, 3min walk from Termini Station. They have 24hr check which we needed as arrived on late flight. The staff very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags for the day as had late afternoon flght out. Good blackout curtains. Pillows and beds wre comfortable-we had twin room. Nice crisp white cotton sheets, good towels and shower! There is a little fridge and they supplu small bottles of water everyday, plus make beds and tidy room bathroom everyday. Very secure.

It's not that I didn't like...but the lift is tiny! Next thing will depend which room you get, we were on street front and there are restaurants below, trucks picking up rubbsh, so some noise, however later in the evening it was quiet, no problem sleeping!

+ friendly and helpful staff + location: very close to the bus station and metro from where you can get anywhere, we walked back from the center and felt safe, near the market coop, + warmth: we visited rome in March. Very often in hotels in southern countries there are only sheets for covers. In the hotel fenicia there was a thick and warm cover. + cleanliness: the room was very clean, cleaned every day.

- very small bathroom: for us it was not a problem, however, if you are larger in size, you may have a problem with fitting in the shower - very thin walls: no sense of privacy, can be problematic if other hotel guests are noisy. - no view: our window was covered so there was no view from it, in addition there was a back off the restaurant behind it and you could hear noises from the restaurant. It did not screw up our visit because we only spent late evenings and nights in the hotel. For sensitive people, I recommend earplugs. I used it and that's probably why I rate the hotel so positively.

The shower knob needs fixing The bathroom is too cluttered for its small size, one barely has space to move:D (does one really need that bidet?) But it worked:)

The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from Termini Station, which has hourly busses to both airports as well as trains to all of Italy & Europe. The room had a king sized bed which was very comfortable as well as a mini fridge containing bottled water & mini chocolates. The manager was very helpful & escorted me to the room, showed its features as well as how to use the mini lift & the 3 keys for access to the hotel & room.

The red tile in the bathroom was a definite wake up call but this is Roma!

Very convenient location a couple hundred yards from the railway station. The hotel occupies two floors of an older building. For the budget price, it was more upscale than I expected. I received a free upgrade to a double room. I especially liked the little touches of hospitality - free water and welcome chocolates in the fridge, maps, luggage storage....

The room was a bit dark due to the shutters. I got myself stuck in the small elevator with my big backpack (though that was more comical than anything else).

Amazing location, right next to Termini, and a very decent price. The staff was very nice and allowed us to check in late because our flight was delayed. They also let us leave our baggage in the hotel after we had checked out and wanted to explore Rome. We had to pick up the baggage before 6:00. That was very nice of them, they don't have to do that. They gave us free water bottles which was very nice as well.

Very old building, when multiple people are trying to shower in the hotel there might not be hot water. The room was quite small, the bathroom was tiny. It didn't feel luxurious because everything is just very old.
