Hotel Magic

The room was good & but i found the bed was too hard for me so were the pillows. My partner on the other hand thought it was great.. Shower was hot & had good pressure But the water squirted out of the nozzle in every direction making floor wet. Had to adjust the pressure to stop this happening. The walls were very thin & every morning the neighbors woke us up at 5am showering & talking in there bathroom! Even early evening you could here them chatting... Apart from that, great location right round the corner from train station. Felt tad unsafe at night.. Street rather dirty & full of rubbish..

Lift waaaay too small. Only big enough for 1 person & when the hotel is literally on the 3rd floor & you have a group of uou, not good! Wonder what happens when the lift breaks down 🤷‍♀️ Walls are thin and you hear every next to you..

The room was nice and big, fit all three of us pretty comfortably. It had a small balcony which I liked. It was a nice surprise for my daughters and I when we stayed there. Wifi worked great and ac was also in good working condition. The bathroom was a nice size. I usually read the reviews of the hotel i stay at so writing a review is important.

The only complaint i have is the bed. It was hard, not comfortable at all. It hurt my back, my hip and my neck. Even just laying on my side hurt. It was nice and big but definitely needs to be upgraded a bit. And maybe the elevator, was ridiculously small. But that is the buildings issue not the lady who rents apartments.

Location, location, location. Lift for luggage was perfect. Clean room and service staff checked each day. Liked the access to the hotel with the key system and the buzzer service and a caretaker on site if needed. So close to the termini, food outlets, coffee shops and easy to walk to main attractions e.g. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps... Luggage storage lockers next door if your train/bus leaves hours after check-out time. Have recommended as a great BUDGET hotel close to everything for those who just want a clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and bathroom facilities.

Some other guests were a bit noisy around midnight! But height of holiday season and everyone's living their best life :-)

Amazing service by the staff. Helped us with all our requests, providing flexible check-in, tea and coffee with a water kettle, and always serving with a smile. They were very welcoming even though there was a bit of a language barrier They even surprised us with chocolates as a welcome gift for our honeymoon Location is excellent, 5 mins from the Roma Termini and lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby Room had wifi, HOT water, and there is a cute nut functional 2-person elevator in the building.

Price was a bit high considering this is a modest hotel but we did book at the last minute in peak tourist season.

Basic hotel in a great location very near Roma Termini station in which the room was much better appointed and clean that I would have expected. Reception was basic, but thorough and we felt confident in the level of service, commensurate with the price level. The facility itself felt safe and secure and, actually, the street-side seemed safe after dark. The time between late afternoon and dusk seemed a little sketchy. The lift was so small that it was almost comical for we two small people and two VERY small bags to fit, but it worked. Amusing, but it might not be quite so in a different situation with either larger people or larger bags. There were also great restaurant options nearby and the transit/walking connections open up all of Rome.

For the price, this was a great option. We could have wanted a more opulent reception, larger common spaces, and more staff, but that's not what we expected. This was great.

As far as two-star hotels go, this is a five-star. The double bed was in fact a double bed and not two singles somewhat close together. It was also nice and hard (you mileage may wary). No outside noice in our room so we slept like royalty. The AC did its job. For Rome and the price the room was spacious.

I had to ask for the controller to the AC, which seemed to irritate the staff, which irritated me.

Location of the hotel is very good, reached everything by foot, also termini station is nearby. Room had an air conditioner, that was life saving.

Bathroom door was broken.

The location was perfect! One block from the train station and the subway so you could move everywhere without problem, specially if you are gonna take a train to another city in Italy! The room super clean and big enough for us

the air conditioning didn’t work and we couldn’t open the windows because of the noise in the street so was a little difficult to sleep with the heat but apart of that nothing wrong

The rooms are cleaned everyday, and the staff are all nice. I also got a free upgrade 😊 Hotel’s location is also great as it is near Roma Termini (35 minutes to FCO airport), and there are lots of restaurants, and shops around.

Just bring ear plugs as walls are kind of thin.

The room was very clean, we had a window view of the street below, and the staff was helpful and friendly. This location was a 2 minute walk from Termini Station, which helped us reach the metro and travel anywhere in Rome! We will be back on our next trip, thank you!
