Great hotel location and you can check in from 12 AM. Very useful. The staff are really friendly.

There were a couple of drawbacks that made my stay less comfortable: 1. The room's floor was completely tiled and cold, with no floor heating or slippers provided. 2. The bathroom was too damp. The towels didn't dry properly because the ventilation only worked with the lights on. Plus, the hotel has a rule to change towels only every three days.

Great place. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and it had all the necessities. Laura was very welcoming and helped us plan our trip, by recommending restaurants and informing us about the transportation system. The hotel is located close to the train station and the metro station. Also, it is near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy. We were given the option to leave our luggage even after check-out. I highly recommend it.

Honestly can’t believe this is a one star hotel! It’s in a beautiful Italian townhouse surrounded by restaurants and literally a minute away from the main terminal and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Rome. The room was outstanding, really beautiful and clean with all the facilities. The owner Laura was so lovely and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was okay. She helped me plan my travel routes and made sure I knew where I was going. I can’t get over how good the hotel was for what I paid, it was really amazing and so cheap! would definitely recommend.

Nothing it was perfect

Great little place, good value for money in a very convenient location. Located 5 minutes from Roma Termini station it's a great starting point for exploring Rome with quick access to both Metro lines A & B and numerouns bus lines. A variety of decent to very good restaurants in the area are great for dinner before retreating for a night's rest. The Guesthouse is clean and comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

None of these are a dealbreaker or a dislike, but it's maybe good to know that when paying at the property it's cash only. There are also a couple of stairs one cannot avoid as the lift only serves half-floors. Last the shower cabin in my room was very tiny. As I said, no dealbreaker and I'm still happy to give full points but worth knowing for anyone who may find this harder to adapt to.

The staff didn’t provide code beforehand and not speak precisely when I called on phone. The other thing is that cleaning staff have issues or what. I still couldn’t figure out if the cleaner has beef with me because my bag on the chair had always been squashed and bed sheet was turned to back side everyday I went back. My toothbrush and etc were always moved after her clean. These things are freaking weird……

The location is perfect, just next to the Termini Station where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and trasport services. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The air-condition was perfect despite the heat wave that Rome had during our stay there!

It was a bit tricky to find the room at the first day because it is located in ths 3rd floor of a building, but I called the contact number and someone came in 10 minutes to open the door. I would prefer the curtains to be darker, so as not to wake up early in the morning because of the light from the window. The only thing I didn't really like is that there was never someone in the front desk in case you need something. Apart from that, everything else was very satisfying!

The location was really close to the train station which was nice. We took metro most places and the bus for sightseeing. Great location the AC worked great it was rather small but we were only there for tonight so it was perfect.

Stairs ! They did have an elevator, and there weren’t a lot of stairs, but you do have to go upstairs to get to the elevator and then you have to go upstairs to get to the rooms

We stayed there for 6 nights, they cleaned every day. Let us check in earlier and leave our bags at reception after check out. The location was nice, near the metro, Termini statio, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés. It was worth the money. The bed was comfortable. There were AC and small refrigerator.

The walls weren't soundproof and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. We had trouble sleeping some nights because of the noise. The shower cabin was very small and the water only got warm but never hot.

A small room with a bathroom and fridge, but enough considering that you are 90% of the time outside the accommodation exploring beautiful Rome. Also location of accommodation is great and just 3 minutes away from the Roma Termini and there are buses, trains and metro depending on what you need. It also takes about 25 minutes on foot from the accommodation to, for example, the Trevi Fountain. The hosts are friendly and thank for all the recommendations you gave to us.

It was really clean and the room was cleaned every morning. The facilities were new and comfortable. The room has a full-sized mirror, refrigerator, wardrobe and the bathroom has two mirrors, a regular one and one for make-up. The location is really close to the metro, which takes you everywhere. The staff was really friendly and the host gave as a map and explained to us how can we get to all the sites, where's the shopping district, where people usually go out... They even allowed us to leave the luggage at the reception until our flight
