I Stayed here with my mother. The room was so clean and very complete. There was even a safe, minifridge with 2 bottles of water, hairdryer, coffee- and teamaker. The beds were very comfortable. In the reception area are umbrellas you can use and there were apples you could take. The hosts Andy and Lenka are so friendly and helpful. They help you with anything you need. The Termini (train and busstation) is within walking distance (500 metres/6 minute walk). I would definitely stay here again next time we come back to Rome!

Proximity to Termini was great, as it was only 2 blocks away & easy to walk to. However, it was far away enough from the busyness of the bus & train station. The room & bathroom were small, however very clean & perfect for a 1-2 night stay for 2 x people. The facilities were excellent. The building is also next door to a laundry service, so at 8.30pm I dropped off 5 days worth of laundry & collected at 10pm, very convenient! We also utilised supermarket at Termini Train station to purchase breakfast & snack provisions as accommodation does not provide breakfast. Host communication was prompt at all times. They were very friendly, happy & ready to assist. They are excellent hosts!

The accommodation is perfectly located in Rome close to Termini (5 min walk), the Met and the 492 Bus stop. Host Andy spoke very good English and was very helpful with information and suggestions. It is also close to a Bakery and numerous restaurants, Our room was modern and compact but met all of our needs for our short stay in Rome, including Fridge, Coffee Maker and Jug. Highly recommended for a short stay in Rome.

amazing! the owner was great. he met us at the property and showed us how to access it. the room was spotless. great facilities. we only stayed one night due to a stopover while travelling around Italy for 2 weeks (as we had done Rome before) and it is just down the street from the train station and metro. the owner gave us a voucher for a lovely restaurant around the corner where we got a free drink on arrival there. we had to leave early the next morning so the owner was happy for us just to leave the keys in the room and go. we were only able to pay the city tax on cash and the owner was happy for us to get cash out later in the day and leave it in the room when we checked out. if we come back to Rome again we will definitely be staying here again!

it was difficult to find originally. but only as it was an old building where you had to buzz yourself in.

Andy’s attention to detail and his wonderful hospitality are unbelievable. Our room was spotless and cleaner than most high end hotels and still Andy and Lenka offered room service to us every day in case we wanted fresh sheets and towels. Andy welcomed us at 6AM and allowed us to store our luggage there until our room was ready and generously stored our luggage when we had to check out since our flight was in the afternoon allowing us to roam carefree around Rome. The room and bathroom have everything you might need and the bed is very comfortable. There is even a Nespresso machine in the room as well as capsules and little chocolates on the pillows and fresh apples in the foyer for the guests to enjoy. What you see in the pictures is really what you get and so much more. Also, Termini station is very conveniently just 3 mins away even though you would never guess by the lovely quiet neighborhood around. Thank you Romebest for the loveliest stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Romebest. Andy who was our host was kind, helpful, and really great. He really helped us in different ways. He arranged the room sooner than the Check-in time. He gave us a city map with precious hints on sites, transportation, and restaurants around Rome, which was really helpful for us. The property was really clean, tidy, and cozy. Our room was more significant than we expected and really nice and quiet. We also offered complimentary coffee and delicious sweets. Everything was excellent, and I really recommend this property.

It was very nice to be here. Dear Andy and Elenka, we want to thank you for your cozy light hotel and atmosphere you create. We had everything we need and you helped us in all our points. The lady was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. She gave us a map and circled and described all the must see locations and the times it was best to visit each etc. She showed us to our room and made sure we were happy with everything. She even gave us a bottle of prosecco presented with a candle to our room as it was our birthdays during our stay. Location was excellent right by the station and the room was great, clean and everything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Andy met us when we arrived. We arrived about 20 minutes late for check-in because the train was not on time but he stayed for us and that was appreciated. He was very nice, explained all we needed to know and gave us his information should we need help during our stay. We were staying only one night. Leaving in the morning for the airport. This was a small room but in a good location about 4 blocks from the train station. I would stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. Lenka greeted us and gave us amazing tips and ideas for our trip - she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a wonderful time. The room was very tidy and in an excellent location with great transport links.

The usual aircon that was in the room wasn’t working, and the replacement was rather loud, but it didn’t detract from what was an overwhelmingly positive experience.
