Amazing location. 5min walk from the vatican and 20min walk from trastevere. Also plenty of metros and busses for non walkers. Great little food places as well. Everything is automated in terms of check in etc, so you get instructions via text and there's no reception per se. The people are very responsive which helps, but so don't expect a hotel experience with a concierge etc. Worked fine for me. The room was comfy enough, and clean.

The lack of reception made it a bit difficult at times (leaving the key, checking out, ensuring other guests don't make too much noise, etc). Some of the guests came back at 4am and were very loud and no one could do anything about it. The bathroom could use some calc treatment.

Arianna contacted us a couple of days before with instructions for when we arrived. The apartments are located in a large condominium block with no reception. She sent us a video to help us access the apartments. Throughout our stay Arianna kept in contact recommend restaurants and even arranged our transfer to the airport. She was amazing, always available even late at night. She made our stay stress free and more enjoyable. The location is perfect for site seeing. We could see the wall of the Vatican city from our window. There are numerous bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

The bathroom was a little small, but we managed. The sink was underneath a shelf which made it impossible to wash your face, which I do to remove make up.

Location next to the Vatican Room was nicely stylish and clean Bed was comfortable Nespresso machine in room Staff was very helpful although we never met them in person.

Small shower Sink area was cute but impossible to get your head over the sink to shave, brush teeth, etc. Not much space for suitcases and bags These are a few hotel rooms carved out of an existing apartment building, which is not bad but might not meet everyone's expectations.

The breakfasts where at the nearby cafe with amazing croissants and other sweet products as well as coffee itself. Absolutelly exceptional was communnication with owner and dealing with any kind of issues. Beds are comfortable and rooms really cosy.

Some tech details could be better implemented (e.g. falling toilet paper handler, shelf in the shower) and once in a time, thorow cleaning of limescale would be great.

Great location for Vatican City & the metro. Good restaurants & bars only a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The communication from Arianna was excellent. She contacted me with clear instructions on how to find & enter the apartment block. She always answered any questions promptly & also suggested some good local restaurants.

The location, which is really a stone throw away from the Vatican and the excellent service provided by Daniela are the strong points of this hotel. Checking in is as easy as ABC and the breakfast is really sumptuous.

Nothing. As far as I know, we really spent a great time in Rome and in this structure. Keep up the good work done!

This property isn't a suite. It was a smaller sized room. For me as a solo traveler, it wasn't a problem, but it could be if you are expecting space for a family. The location is excellent, right near the Vatican Museum. Keep in mind this is like an airbnb- it's a property in an apartment/condo residential building, and there isn't anyone at the front desk like in a traditional hotel. It just depends what you're looking for. The breakfast each morning is amazing. The bed was comfortable and soft. I would stay there again.

No words can describe how amazing this apartment is! This property is perfect for couples looking to discover Rome. It is situated in a street are full of restaurants and shops. It's also just blocks away from some of Rome's best museums like the Vatican Museum and 3 metro stops to Trevi Fountain - so no matter what you want to explore, it's never too far! There are a really comfortable bed, air conditioner and TV. The residential internet is great for video calls and staying connected with family and friends. The coffee machine makes an excellent cup of joe too! What's even better is that you get friendly service with your stay.

Luca, the proprietor, took care of all of our needs for guided visits, taxis (including the day we left, when taxis in Rome were on strike), and he did it with a calm efficiency that we really appreciated. If I ever go back to Rome, which I hope I will, I'll make a point of staying at his hotel.

Luca isn't at the hotel on Sundays, the day we arrived. The arrangements for getting into our room when he wasn't there and getting the (several) keys we needed were kind of complicated. But he was available on the phone to tell us what we needed to know.

Amazing location in front of the Vatican. Our room was really great with all the conforts needed, from free nespresso and tea machine and fully furnished minibar. The bed was super confy and the room very quiet. The breakfast was excellent, served every day in our room at the desired time. Honestly it was beyond our exptectatives. A special thanks to the Owner Luca for his kind welcome and for being always available for any kind of information we needed. Definitely recommended, we would stay here again!
