large spacious room with a kitchenette and en-suite. the location was perfect for walking to Vatican City. We didn’t use the metro once we just walked everywhere around the city and to the colloseum. We stayed for five nights, and we were given new towels midway through our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, a large variety was given to us which really set us up for the day.

The smooth process of it all! The owner organised a airport taxi, met us at apartment and showed us the room, answered all of our questions of the city and gave us tips. The room was so spacious (we are family of 4) there was plenty of towels! So convenient to restaurants and shops and train. Highly recommend. Also there is a lift!!! For luggage. It helped so much!! Not noisy, very secure for security.

Maybe a pan to be able to cook eggs with oil/salt/pepper. Maybe even some cured meats in fridge for a bit more breakfast option. That's really a small fault because we loved the stay so much!!

Everything. Grazie mille to Mario! He organised our transfer from the airport and came to check us in at 2 am. The apartment is wonderful. Spacious, luminous, near Vatikan and other attractions. There are itineraries for 2- or 4-day visits. So, it helps you to organise your trip. There are coffee, tea and food for breakfast. It was an incredible stay at this place!

Excellent location near St.Peters basilica. We love to walk, so everything was very near. Also we love filipino food and lots of choice were very near like Jollibee, Sarap restaurant. A branch of Alice pizza was also very near. The apartment had a spacious bedroom, separate kitchen and spacious bathroom. Its very clean. Rino helped is with helpful tips. The breakfast was included and was great. The service was excellent.

Close to the Vatican and Metro for easy access multiple sites. Good size rooms. Owner created helpful 2-day and 4-day guides. Owner also scheduled shuttles from the airport and to the port for us.

Pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable. Do not recommend for adults.

Host was very communicative and welcomed us early as soon as the room was ready. Fantastic location, very spacious and comfortable room equipped with everything you need for breakfast. Loved our stay!

Great location, really neat apartments, the owner is helpful, provides all the necessary information. We are impressed with the transfer service. I was very surprised by the punctuality. We will definitely be back.

I would say the breakfast, not enough for 5nigths stay because on booking breakfast is included. The owner told us that mid week someone will come to bring milk or whatsoever but no one appear till we left the apartment. We bought by our own. In 5 nights stay at least someone will clean the apartment on the 3rd day.

Very nice room, and close to the museum of Vatican City. Soft big bed. The toilet and bathroom is very clean, quiet place at night. Host is also very kind, told us where all stuffs are.
