What a great place to stay!! Walking distance from Vatican City and also from the metro (and other public transport). Breakfast is served in the café downstairs. The communication with Claudia went flawlessly. She arranged pick up from the airport and made sure our room was ready when we arrived around 13h00. (even though the check in time is 15h00). There's a small fridge in the room and you can also make coffee and tea. It's very clean and spacious. But what we liked most was the silence in the room (we stayed in room 3). In the Netherlands we live in a small, quiet village and we just couldn't believe it was as silence as at home... even on New Year's Eve, great! I hightly recommend this place! Don't hesitate... just book it! :-)

Great location for me as 2 minutes from metro station so easy to get to major sites. Only 10 minutes walk to Vatican City so very handy if you want to do an early morning tour there. The apartment is well equipped. I didn't use the cooker as did not eat in, but good facilities and spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. The hostess, Claudia, was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Nothing significant to dislike really. The internet signal was not strong in my room and sometimes dropped off. The breakfast at the nearby Mozart cafe was the same each morning (coffee, pastry, and fruit juice) so a bit of variety would have been nice but I was happy with a quick stop there and then away to sightseeing.

The host, Claudia was very helpful and very patient. When I received a WhatsApp message from an unknown number, I deleted it, not realising it held all the information needed to (a) identify the property and (b) the various keypad codes needed to gain entry. A quick call to Claudia sorted everything out and we gained access to our room in no time at all. The bed was super comfortable and the entire room and ensuite was very clean. The location worked well for us and we found some good restaurants to eat at - we were not disappointed. On our 2nd day, we met Claudia in person - a lovely, warm and bubbly individual who clearly cares about her guests. Thank you Claudia - our stay was a great start prior to joining a cruise ship in Civitavecchia.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like however, perhaps letting guests know to expect a WhatsApp with a number of attachments with critical information would be helpful so that the cautious amongst us don't delete without opening 😀

Beds are super comfy, I want to buy the same matrace!😅 seriously we had a perfect rest after long days. The room was cleaned daily. It has perfect location close to metro. For breakfast you get croissant (you can choose choco/plain/cream) with coffe and juice so for a longer stay it can be a bit annoying. It is in a bistro under the accomodation. the host is super nice and makes sure everything is ok, when there is a problem, she tries to solve it asap. she sent us useful info ahead. thank you!

I would prefer more options for breakfast and rooms can bit a bit noisy when it is full, we were ok.

Location was perfect. A few minutes walk from the metro, Vatican City and Vatican Museums. A very quiet area. Our room was over looking a small courtyard so you couldn't hear any cars, etc. The bedroom itself was small but we only slept there so it wasn't a problem. Bed was comfortable. Shower room was fab. Any problem we had was delt with straightaway. Room was cleaned daily. I would have no hesitation in recommending this room to anybody. We were only a few metro stops away from main areas. Breakfast downstairs was fine normal Italian breakfast. Thank you to Claudia who kept in touch with us through WhatsApp. Much appreciated. If ever in Rome I will stay here.

This place is nice for people to go around Vatican area. It is quiet but also very convenient, so you can stay as your home. The facility is wonderful, almost renovated. The owner, Claudia has very wonderful hospitality. She arranged everything in advance, so I never felt some stress by remotes. (Finally I could have a chance to greeting her coincidentally ) The cafe for breakfast is also wonderful. I think this accommodation is one of the best budget plan.

As expected, the view from the window was not so good.

Property was very clean, had daily housekeeping. Was very close to everything, metro was just up the street and the Vatican was only a 5-10 minutes walk. Friendly staff with great communication. Loved the cafe used for breakfast so friendly and amazing service.

Had a few stairs to get up to the room, so took a while for my grandmother to get up, didn’t want to risk using the lift as it was an antique one 😂 also can hear people using the exit door at night, make sure you shut your door properly otherwise someone can open your door.

The room was in excellent condition, it was obvious that it was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really spacious. The location of the room is ideal for a small trip to Rome. Next to a metro station, 3' from Vatican city and practically walking distance for most of the well known sights. If i ever visit Rome again, i am going to stay on the same place.

- the location is really good, near Vatican City and subway - the host, Cladia, is very helpful and kind - the room was big and comfortable - it was cleaned every day- we had everything we needed - coffee and tea in the room - we received bottles of water every day

- the included breakfast is italian (coffee + croissant + orange juice), but the good thing is that it is served in the coffee shop downstairs and you can always order extra paninis, sandwiches and a lot more - the food is very good

The score on Booking for this stay at the time I chose it was too low, it deserves a perfect 10. Claudia is a very nice person and careful with the details. When I stayed at this location it was my wife's birthday and she surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco left on the bed. As for the location of the stay, I don't know what more you can ask for, it's 10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican square and 15 minutes from the old town. Highly recommend this accommodation!
