Giorgio was extremely helpful! He showed us routes around the city and marked up a map for us. He also recommended a few restaurants which we really enjoyed. We did get the breakfast one morning and ate it next to our window which overlooked the courtyard. It was wonderful! Also, our room was very quiet since it opened up to the courtyard. Lastly, the shower was amazing.

Possibly the room could have been a bit bigger. In any case we would stay there again regardless.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a very good hotel in the heart of Rome, Italy. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location made exploring Rome a breeze, with many of the city's attractions within walking distance. It truly enhanced our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and it played a significant role in making our trip to Rome very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Small and lovely boutique hotel, very nice and clean. The room is comfortable and perfectly designed, with attention to all the small details. It has everything needed for a perfect stay. The sauna inside the room is incredible addition. The staff is available during the day and until late hours, very kind and always open to assist and provide useful tips. The location is great, very nice and quite neighborhood.

We didn't like the mattress, it was too soft (although the quality is good) but it's a matter of preferability rather than downside. There was an issue with hot water, which eventually discovered as a main boiler problem. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to be fixed during the weekend (hopefully it's a rare type of issues and was already fixed by now)

Customer service was outstanding. We landed here first from the states. Tired and drained. Giorgio was incredible. He got us back on track and helped us stay there. His welcoming smile, positive energy, thoughtful recommendations, and extraordinary efforts to make our stay comfortable made all the difference in the world! I still remember him helping us get all our luggage down the stairs to avoid losing our taxi. He went above and beyond. Really this level of service is what gets remembered. Of course, the room was comfortable, spacious, and in a good location. No complaints there. Overall a very good value!

an amazing room, we took the suite for 4 people,we got 2 king size beds with around 50 square meters the shower is great and the facilities are new the stuff was very friendly and helped with what we needed. we didn't take breakfast due to very early checkout so no opinion here. our kids that are traveling a lot with us in the world really liked the size that is not typical to europe and we will surely recommended to families מלון עם חדרים גדולים, חדש ומשופץ, מיקום מרכזי, מאד מומלץ

Netflix and smart TV is a must today...:) adding after we are back to our country: I just have to update my review unfortunately. The hotel has charged me for the cards of the key (10 euro per card) after I left the hotel, with the reason that they didn’t find it in the room. We had 2 keys, one we left in the room and the other one we took just in case we need to open the door of the building downstairs as there is nobody in the check-in when we left (7 AM). I have never been in hotels that charge you for this digital card of your room (10 euros…) Such a shame to be left with such impression from the hotel that we thought was good and professional.

Our staying in Escape suites was great! The room is fully equipped and the staff always with a smile is willing to help you. Georgios greeted us with joy and a smile upon our arrival. He gave us all the information about the room and the area, as well as a map marking the top attractions, restaurants and cafes he suggested we visit. It is also important to mention that we had excellent communication even before our trip since they answered all the questions we had sent. We couldn't have stayed in a better location. Everything was very close to us and we didn't need to use any transport except when we visited the Vatican. We walked Rome! The room was comfortable for a couple and equipped with everything you need and with very good internet. I will note that we had a capsule espresso machine with delicious Lavazza coffee. Also we had hot water throughout the day and the bathroom was very comfortable with all amenities. The cleaning in the room was daily. Additionally, even though we arrived very early, so before check-in time, our room was ready for us. Respectively and when we left they left it for us until the time our taxi came. I would only suggest checking the mattresses because it had a slope towards the middle, so either to change it or turn it upside down. But in general it was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience with the hotel and we highly recommend it for your stay in Rome!

My sister and I had an amazing experience staying at Escape Luxury Suite.😍🥰😍 We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and memorable getaway. The best part of our stay was the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. Special thanks to Giorgio. At the reception he greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. We felt truly cared🥰 From the moment we walked into our room, my sister and I were blown away by the unique and luxurious feature - a sauna right there in our own space! This was a truly special and indulgent experience that we will never forget. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel's location was another major plus - it was conveniently located in the heart of Roma just a few minutes next to the Trevi Fountain. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel with a sauna in our room was absolutely remarkable. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay truly exceptional!

Better than described. Super clean, quiet, well-appointed place, fantastic location in central Rome, no "big hotel" hustle and bustle-The friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely professional help offered by hosts Giorgio and John was over the top! These two gentlemen are so helpful and welcoming, it made our stay like old friends returning to Rome..They offer help with any info/recommendations/bookings you need, and on and on. GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE! We give this place our highest possible rating!!

Nothing to complain about.

The location was really great, in the center of Rome. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The room was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was amazing. Airconditioning in the room worked perfectly and it always felt good to come back after having been outside in the summer heat. We could also check in to the room with no extra cost a couple of hours before the given check in time which we greatly appreciated. The staff was always very quick with responding to messages prior to arrival, usually within less than 30 minutes I would have a response to my questions. The neighbourhood the hotel is situated in is incredibly safe so you will never feel worried regarding your safety when being outside during the night. It was a lot easier to find the place and find the location than some reviewers had stated. It really was no issue at all. It was certainly a lot better than the previous hotel I stayed at with my family 14 years ago. There really was no downsides to the stay at this hotel. If I am staying in Rome again I would definitely want this place again, especially at this price.

everything, it was the perfect place to stay. the staff were exceptional credit to Georgio and fernando who were very friendly and accommodating, always greeted us by name and with a smile. we would go out each morning and come back to a freshly made up room. we stayed in the junior sweet and it was so cozy amazing facilities, a sauna which was very great after a long days walking, massive shower, the most comforting bed you will sleep in. the location is so close to everything. we were able to walk to things on foot but the staff are very helpful if you wish to know how to get around via bus or train. I would highly recommend this very cute and cosy hotel, by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. we will 100% come and be advising any friends and family to stay.
