Top Floor Navona

-amazing location, right in the middle of “Ancient Italy” , 3’ walking to Piazza Navona. - 2 great restaurants , just above the rooms -very helpful and kind staff. Irene helped us with everything that we needed. thank you!

-unfortunately, as I saw in the other reviews, the cleaning is a BIG problem… When we checked in the bathroom was full of dirt and hair everywhere, even if is probably newly renovated that doesn’t help at all… also the room was full of dust and hair everywhere. Even after the ‘cleaning day’ the situation was the same….the cleaning lady should really have and use a vacuum cleaner, not just a broom… It is bad that this happens in such a great location.

The location is amazing. It is like 5 minutes away on foot from Fontana di Trevi. Also, there is market just around the corner. Usually, it is hard to find market like that in central of Rome. We used our room for sleeping at night and spent all day wandering around the town and despite the shortcomings, the apartment met our expectations

When we first came to the apartment I wasn't happy with how it was cleaned. There was someone else's hair at the bathroom floor. Also the glasses in room weren't cleaned properly. Also, in the shared kitchen you have to clean what you use. I don't have problem with that but the sponge for washing the dished looked disgusting and there was little amount of diswashing detergent and old hand soup. Because of that, I'm not sure how well have been cleaned the dished before we came. At the end, you have to wash everything.

This was a nice surprise, comfy room, very clean, room cleaned both nights we were then. Nice bathroom and shower and really enjoyed my two nights here. Once booked communication was dont by WhatsApp with clear instructions on how to find and access the property. Everything was great. short walk to the Trevi fountain and Vatican. Room was much bigger than expected.

Nothing to fault. Perfect for a short stay in Rome. Maybe some English tv channels.

Very good location, strategically placed in the center of all attractions, that you wanna visit in Rome (S. Angelo castle, Vatican, Fontana do Trevi, Pantheon, Colloseum). Refrigerator on the room. Very useful. Continuous communication from the hotel staff on WhatsApp.

Waste water from the bath does not drain smoothly. Rest of the room was clean. Missing plate "do not disturb".

Top Floor Navona is conveniently located within a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona. The rooms are good size with surprisingly large bathrooms (compared to other places we stayed in Italy). I especially want to mention Vito, the representative we worked with. He contacted us the day before our stay on WhatsApp. Throughout the stay Vito was answering our questions promptly, and arranged the transportation to the airport after checkout.

We were taking showers fairly late, and it looked like the hot water was off past midnight.

Great location, very clean, spacious room with nice shower, cute balcony and well equiped: tv, internet, ac&heater, coffee pot, very clean and comfy bed, very friendly and professional staff, very nice maids, amazing service! Especially Vito at reception, super easy to check us in, great communication and highly professional, everything done so friendly and he had a lot ofgreat recommendation about the city, ehere to go, goodplaces to eat and lounge, even how to get there from the airport!!! Amazing experience overall, will def go back and also recommend to everybody and friends!!!! Thank u so much for everything!!! And for making our stay great, with fun and smooth!!!! Oana

In the center :) great location! A lot of doors - feels safe :)

The room was totally different than in the picture, it was different room actually. It was dark, quite cold in November :) picture has light room with big window, red walls, we got small room with dark walls, small window.

I really liked the location, everything is walking distance. The area is also safe. The room is really simple but corresponds to basic needs. It is also very clean. The staff was really nice and facilitated my check in. They offered to keep my luggage after check out. They were also reachable by WhatsApp. Overall great value for money. I would choose Top Floor Navona for my future stays.

Maybe a little noisy as my room was right next to the kitchen. But overall it was ok.

The staff know how to make things right! I arrived early and they immediately accommated me. The room was right next to the kitchen (which other guests were loud and used all night.) Then the shower did not work. I text the staff late at night not expecting a responce untill the next morning. Staff immediately responded and changed my room the next day. I got a quiet room with a proper working shower, no balcon, but a wonderful window view. I am unsure if I received any additional comps, because of the room bit having a shower. They did offer me a free breakfast for two mornings. I enjoyed watching people from the window! They also had hot water ketles in the rooms which I enjoy. They also were able to get me a fixed rate taxi to the airport with luggage help door to door. Would again, but only rooms 201,202,203,204,205.

The first room was awful but the staff made it right!

Location excellent right in the heart of the city. Room clean and nicely decorated, lovely bathroom. Host, Irene, was exceptional and really helped us in so many ways I can't speak highly enough of her.

No glasses in kitchen and small fridge packed with old food. Not really great if you want to self cater. TV old and not SMART so no Netflix etc
