The staff at Residencia was amazing! We were arrive very, very late and they helped us find a taxi and a place to pick up our room key. The driver they selected knew exactly what to do and made sure we were in the facility easily. They even made an exception to a late request for breakfast. The breakfast every day was fantastic. They made sure we were taking care of each and every step of the way. The room was fantastic. Very comfortable beds. The shower was phenomenal! The location was perfect for us to walk to various places in Rome, including Vatican City, Piazza Navona, and Trevi Fountain. You will not regret staying here. It was a wonderful place and when we return, we are staying here.

Not much to say for it to be applicable. To be honest, they went above and beyond the call for what staff does at a residence. You will not regret staying here.

My mom and I had a delightful 12-day stay at Residenza Zanardelli last April- May 2023. Its prime location near Piazza Navona made it the perfect starting point for exploring the Vatican and other renowned attractions in Rome, such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps. Our room was everything we hoped for - comfortable, spotless, and it even had a window with a lovely view. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. However, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Dave, the receptionist/customer service who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was extraordinary. He ensured our room was impeccably clean, served us breakfast promptly, and even lent us an iron and an electric plug. On top of that, he kindly offered us shopping tips. He even suggested to us where to withdraw money. Thanks to Dave, the hotel exuded a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Without hesitation, I would love to stay at Residenza Zanardelli again during our visit in 2025. It comes highly recommended!

When we landed we were told that our stay in this hotel changed to one of their sister hotels - Argentina style view. Initially I was disappointed as I had just landed and made my day out plans from the zanardelli hotel. However the sister hotel was close by and was really good. They also offered us free breakfast served in the room for the inconvenience caused. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Instant replies whenever I needed something they provided it. Can’t fault their customer service at all. It’s hard to find a modern budget friendly hotel in rome and I’m so glad I found this. Stay was pleasant and so close to all the main tourist sights.

A great place to stay for a few days! The location is brilliant! You can get to most places in Rome by foot. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The bus stop to/from the airport is in ~10 mins walk. The staff was very welcoming — starting from the warm greeting. They even made us a present for Christmas!

Only the general inconveniences of bed&breakfast type hotels. Sometimes the power was out for a few seconds and it made air conditioner turn on. Be careful to not leave it in too cold mode.

Dave one of the Front Desk Team members was awesome. Original pillows were rather hard, asked for softer pillows and he was able to secure them for us that same day! Breakfast in the room met our expectations. Daily delivered on time and good selection.

Coffee was instant created from freeze-dried packets and a hot water pot in room; not great, but did get the caffeine into the brain on time:-) Great Espresso shop next door with full breakfast if "continental" isn't quite enough!

Residenza Zanardelli exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Dave went above and beyond taking care of every need and providing personalized service. The room was spacious, clean, sound proof, and comfortable. Breakfast in the room was convenient and the selection and quantity were more than sufficient. The location can not be beat! Within walking distance to all major sites and easy access to restaurants and a supermarket. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Rome. Highly recommend!

The location was great. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The room had a clean, modern feel.

The beds were very firm. The bathroom was small. The noise from the common area right outside our door (#104) was loud. It seemed like a family had a couple of the rooms and they used the common area to discuss their plans for the day and just socialize. I think I just expected something more like a traditional hotel setting. That was my mistake.

Clean, spacious and well appointed with a great shower. Really convenient for all the major sights which we could walk to. (max 20-25 in any direction). Plenty of restaurants nearby, whatever your taste is. We got a friendly welcome and a free room upgrade, which we didn't expect. Continental breakfast served in room which worked for us. For a B&B this was spot on and very hard to fault. A safe bet.

Residenza Zanardelli is located almost next to piazza Navona which was very convenient. The rooms were fully renovated and Dave was very friendly and willing to help anytime.

There isn’t a 24-hour reception service - a WhatsApp number is provided in case of emergency after 14.00. There wasn’t breakfast buffet - breakfast was served at the rooms instead, which was not very convenient. Also it was not of high quality.

The room was really nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. As someone who needs a dark room to sleep in the shutters were amazing, literally did not let any light in.

The room was a little bit dark - we had to switch the lights on even during the day as there was no natural light, and the view was just a big building.
