Coronari Palace

Great location..stayed in the top floor with terrace , great to have the outside space . Room was a good size , bed very comfortable and had everything required . Location fantastic for sight seeing and locating family restaurants in the evening . Staff could not be more helpful . Great little hotel

Excellent location — it really did feel like we were smack dab in the middle of the city, and most of the major sights were within 30 minutes (most being not more than a 20 minutes) walking distance from the hotel. There was a lot of foot traffic outside the hotel during the daytime, but the windows were well insulated and kept the loud noise outside. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and was available to assist during all hours of the day. The breakfast was just perfect, and the cornettos and espressos were delicious!

The room was a bit small, but the location and other amenities made up for it.

Quiet, well soundproofed, well thought out and very modern. There aren't many rooms so it does feel a bit like your own private place. Staff are great.

Rooms are small. Bear in mind it's right in the middle of the centro historico so space is at a premuim. Also, the light switches are sort of crazy. Hotel room light switches can be confusing at the best of times but these have a mind of their own. Minor gripe though. Communal areas are also small. Not an issue if you just want a nice base for exploring Rome - but if you are looking for a destination hotel, this isn't it.

When we made the booking, Irosh promptly emailed me to help me set up a car to pick us up at the airport. Our car was on time with no issues, and we paid €60, which is just above the standard taxi rate from Fiumicino to anywhere inside central Rome. I had no issue paying a little extra for a comfortable luxury car that the hotel arranged for us. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Irosh was able to get us into our room much earlier than expected, which was great after an overnight flight. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated having coffees made for us! The location is excellent, especially as we walked everywhere: very close to Piazza Navona, pretty close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and 15 minutes to Trastevere/Vatican. Via dei Coronari is a great little street with restaurants and shopping.

Some paint could use a touch up, and the bidet in our room wasn’t working. But other than that, we have no complaints and had a great stay!

Firstly the location! Amazingly close to so much from Pizza Novana around the corner, river tiber a short walk down the street with the supreme Court visible across the bridge and Castel Sant'Angelo and St Peter's Basilica just there! Taxis readily available a few steps away. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully. The beds are comfortable providing a good rest after adventuring the vast amount of historical monuments and artifacts Rome has on offer. Fresh bedding each and every day; the cleanliness was superb! The shower ... fantastic! I was alao pleasantly suprised that netflix was available allowing for some TV before shutting your eyes and setting the alarms for another packed day of exploring. The staff were beyond friendly and really approachable. The breakfast was lovely. You genuinely wouldn't have thought there were others staying in the hotel it was so peaceful. I cannot recommend Coronari Palace enough it was the perfect base for my mother and my first time in Rome. I will definitely return!

Location by Piazza nevona very central walking distance to historival sites in the heart if Rome. Hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast simple with coffee ans pasteries only.

We arrived in the weekend and the hotel had a boiler failure with no hot water for 2 days, they could not locate any tech support and just promised a fix without being able ro deliver. I dont mind a cold shower in the summer but the water were freezing and the kids could not wash themselves properly. We were not compensated and just told on and on to wait. Value for money is poor with lack of semse of urgency. In my home I can get tech support 24/7. Its all matter of how much you are willing to pay for the service. So it appears the hotel throw us under the bus....

The location was excellent, our room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and easy, and the staff were all very helpful/friendly both before and during our stay. All in all a great stay!

Our room was on the ground floor so we were disturbed by noise early in the morning on our first night as the breakfast was being prepared and earlier guests were eating, but we mentioned this to the staff and they closed a partition to avoid the same on our second morning.

Ideal accommodation for people who want to be right in the middle of city center and at the quiet spot at the same time. Spotlessly clean rooms, tasty breakfasts, beautiful terrace and you can get umbrellas when it starts to rain. We knew what we want and we've got it. But it's always about people - and in our case it was Irosh who made our week-long stay the thing to remember. Thank you for everything!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our car/driver to the airport that they arranged arrived exactly on time, handled our luggage and got us there ahead of time. The location was great and we could walk to all the sights we had on our list. They gave us restaurant recommendations outside of the main piazza that were less expensive but still very good. The room was larger than other European hotels where we have stayed and it was on a very quiet alley.

The bed was a liitle too firm for us. Still slept ok, though. It would be nice if facial tissue had been provided in the room.

Perfect location! Felt very safe and comfortable, the staff was SUPER friendly & helpful. Breakfast every morning with coffee! The rooms were clean and updated. TV’s had Netflix, etc. We arrived early and they rushed our check in to get us in! Truly a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting for the first time like us!
