First of all, lovely staff, always smiling and efficient. It is always pleasant to enter the hotel at any hour. The location is excellent, a minute from Piazza Navona. And in general close to everything within walking distance. And in any case, the hotel is full of bus routes. Great restaurants nearby and a great cafe. Jazz Cafe
The breakfast is nice, but it would be great if there were more vegetables and fruits

excellent attention from the staff, the hotel is colonial, they maintain the essence, the bathroom is perfect, air conditioning and the location is perfect. breakfast includes fruit, juice, toast, egg, yogurt in general something simple so you don't leave with an empty stomach, but enough and with excellent flavor

Perfect location, real traditional Italian hotel decor and atmosphere with big rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the night staff on the desk. Big buffet breakfast. Incredible 360 degree views from the roof terrace.
Some street noise late at night but that’s ok - it’s Rome!

This four stars hotel is located in the heart of Rome which means getting around is quite easy whether you like to get the underground or have a lovely walk. The staff is very nice, helpful and kind. The room Was quite big and the bed really comfortable. I really think I will get back there as soon as I get in Rome

Wonderful location close to Centro Storico, easy walking to all the areas of central Rome. Fantastic 360° views from the roof top terrace. Close to a cool jazz bar across the road.

The hotel is situated at a great location, with piazza Navona around the corner. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. There is a great roof terrace where the (simple but decent) breakfast was served, but you're also encouraged to go there during the day or evening with your own drinks. Spacious and neat rooms.
The mattresses were a bit old, and there is only one big light, instead of a small lamp on the nightstand.

Hotel location in the centre of Rome. Spacious and comfortable bed standing in a very nice room.
During covid-19 arrangements, a good breakfast is served, but terribly slow service. It's not the fault of the staff, but of an ill-thought-out system. It even happened that people who come after you, were served earlier. The shower was draining badly.
