very comfortable and spacious room (Julio Cesare), with a fridge (including free drinks!) and a kettle. Bathroom also very nice. Overall fairly new place with a very convenient location: max 15 min walk to most of Rome’s attractions.

well, which is typical for Italy, included breakfast was just a snack and a caffe at the tabachi/bar in the same building, so if someone expects full hotel breakfast, it not that. If you by any chance need a gluten free breakfast it is almost impossible in Rome, however in our case the lovely lady at the downstairs tabachi/bar managed to set up even this - props for that, so give Marco an advance notice if you need such a treatment.

Everything is good.The taste of decoration is very good and well designed.Bedclothes and bath are very comfortable and nice.The window has well sound insulation.Free mini bar with some coke and beer.The hotel is in the 2 floor of an apartment with 4 rooms.It has own gate.There is 24 hours security guard at the gate of the whole apartment.Which made us feel very safe.Room be cleaned every day.The location is perfect to visit the scenic spot by foot.Since is a new hotel at Booking.We get a nice price .And the owner promoted our room for free.That’s really good experience in Rome.

Wi-Fi signal and speed should be approved,even the owner said they give exclusive internet cable of each rooms.But it still not working well.The bathroom maybe need some hooks to place towels.

Really great location, Access to each main tourist places by walk. Super market - 2 meter walk, Clean room (cleaning every day), very soft bedding and towels, sweet bath accessories. Nice free small bar with beverages, Good communication with a host, Security doorman 24/7

Room is quite small. No person in reception. (Before arrival, be in contact with host via WhatsApp).

- The corners of the shower could be cleaned a bit better

The breakfast was lovely - a short walk to the bar where a coffee, juice and pastry were available. Friendly staff and very unproblematic.

the location and the standard of the room were excellant

no check in desk and we didn’t see a single employee the entire time we were there. when we arrived, we couldn’t find the hotel, as there’s no sign outside. We asked a waiter at the restaurant below the hotel who hadn’t heard of it. luckily the security guard heard us outside and let us in. when we go outside the actual hotel, which transpired to be 3 rooms in a converted apartment, there was no one to let us in. I rang the number on the booking.com page, but it wouldn’t connect. I sent a message via the app and waited. During this time I was convinced that we had been scammed. but alas no, someone did call me and did gain us entry to the property, albeit remotely and remotely also let us into our room. We saw no employees the entire duration of our stay. lovely room in a fab location, just a very odd set up. breakfast is also apparently included, but not sure where?!

The location is in the center and the view from the room to piazza nicosia was very nice. The woman/man of the place was available on what's up, and response fast. They put us some sweets in the room for our anniversary day.

On our arrival day in the night, there was not enough toilet paper, no shampoo or soap, no bottle of water. Its an apartment that divided to 4 rooms. There was no one there from the staff, in all our staying, the room was very small, no hangers in the room,no place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower, no trash can expect for the small one in the bathroom. The "breakfast" is in a coffee shop near by - coffee and croissant.

the room was very beautiful and pretty, had a nice view and was very modern. The shower was pretty good and comfortable and it had a nice tv with netflix. Besides ot had a nice and big bed that was comfortable to also the temperature of the room was not to hot but not to cold

the only thing that was not on point was that when we arrived the hotel we had to wait 45 minutes because of some problem with the door and lead us to lost some time. On the other hand the breakfast service was not too good. Firstly the cafe where the breakfast was it was not on the same hotel. secondly they only give you a little muffin or cake and a coffee
