The Kangen Water The Staff - really, really great team of people. The marble bath. The Stylish Interior including the art work, especially around the foyer. The attention to detail down to the bedtime turndown and fondant. The Bang and Oulfsen technology. The location to Church, restaurants and Piazza Navona. Eat, Pray, Love. The complimentary bottle of wine. The bathrobe. Ideal for solo travellers, the restaurants nearby were delightfully friendly to a female travelling solo, dining alone in the evening.

Nothing, it was truly delightful, I am looking forward to returning.

Incredibly convenient location especially for a first time visit to Rome. Staff were amazing very polite and helpful. The executive suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. Despite the double glazed windows and wonderful window blinds the noise from the street at night was disturbing. Overall the hotel is definitely worth returning to.

The Bio Hotel Raphael is an exceptionally elegant and well-appointed hotel in the centre of Rome, just a stone's throw from Piazza Navona. Its ethos is bio-sustainability, which it achieves with careful attention to every aspect, from top-notch cleanliness to wonderful gastronomic creations. The staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable (you can choose from old-style elegance or the newer suites designed by Richard Meier), the freshly re-opened breakfast room is beautiful (and so is the food!) - and above all (literally) there is the small but delightful rooftop terrace, where you can relax with a lunchtime snack or an evening cocktail, or explore the inventive vegetarian creations from the Mater Terrae restaurant menu, whilst soaking up a jaw-dropping view over the city's domes and spires. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Amazing location in Rome 10min walks from Vatican and Castel San Angelo. The staff is very friendly and helped us with recommendations and reservations for restaurants. The rooftop terrace of the hotel has an amazing bore of the city skyline and very good restaurant and bar. The room was comfortable and well climatised.

The location is excellent. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but vegetarian.

The cleaning crew don’t understand English but it’s clean. The biggest problem was the air conditioning which didn’t work well. The control panel in the room had no effect. The bath is very slippery and dangerous.

An impeccable property at a remarkable location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel enlightens even the smallest details starting from inside out. Do not hesitate to book this remarkable hotel.

The bed coverings didn't breathe as well as they could have. It felt a bit warm at night. I am coming from a cold country! It is a vegan hotel. Breakfast was also vegan. Not really an issue at all. I did not know before hand of the hotel's ethos.

It was a superb location and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. They really made you feel at home and made the stay all the more enjoyable! Would go back just for the staff alone in fact, particularly the roof terrace!

I thought the hotel needs an upgrade, particularly in the corridors and communal areas. Don't get me wrong, i absolutely adore old school but ... old school with a touch up - this was just simply back and outdated in certain areas.... particularly when we talk about value for money etc.

The team accommodated even the crasiest ideas! Due to Corona, we needed to take breakfast in the room, but they made it possible to adhere to all the strict Corona rules and made it possible to have breakfast as one complete family ! You all made our trip unforgettable. The cook was amazing, the food was heavenly, and really none of us is vegetarian!!!; this was tasty! Fantastic wine card and attentive sommelier! For my son the cook created a special dish (home made Italian potato Fries) so funny! Amazing salats and pasta to die for. The rooms are either traditional and you feel really the Italian history or they are stylish modern with a great bath. All have big screen TV and good selection of programs. So near Piazza Navona (visit GROM for icecream of Vivi for Lunch!) and the Pantheon. This was already our second trip and we will come again!

Nothing. They are perfect 10 Thanks Meghan and the rest of the team! Some even spoke German! Solved our theatre ticket printing problems, The front desk team were actively present even in the very late evening and welcomed us when we came back from the theatre really late.

The reception staff was fabulous. Asia and Karima were friendly, helpful and professional. Spectacular location a stone's throw from the amazing Piazza Navona, and the room had views on the Chiostro del Bramante. The views from the rooftop restaurant are to die for.

Room was not very big. Soap and shampoo in cheap wall mounted dispensers.
