Hotel Eden

The hotel gave us the feeling of an authentic Italian experience, thanks to its balcony. It was clean and they would change the sheets every second day. There was a 24/7 service at reception. The hotel has some affordable parking spots reserved on the street (5 euro per day) or back in the yard (10 euro) which are less expensive than if you pay the normal parking.

The pillows are not comfortable and the bathroom towels do not dry. I would have wanted to have the towels changed instead of the bed sheets. It seemed we disturbed the hotel owner with our demands to have the billing done in the morning before our next day departure. Mea culpa, we were in a hurry.

Excellent customer service. All questions answered in spite of language problems. We don't speak Italian, but between English, Spanish, and French, we understood each other perfectly. The breakfast was great. They called a taxi for us to get to the train station, and made coffee for us before leaving at 6:30 AM for our trip back to France, although their kitchen didn't open until 7 AM. Lovely, helpful, enjoyable people at the front desk. Will definitely go back!

The telephone booth shower was a bit tight, but water pressure made up for it.

If like me you always look to unique and charming hotels when traveling, this is the right spot. Hotel Eden curves away from the standardization of nowadays accomodation industry and lead you into a family run hotel, capable of offering an original experience. The comforts and the appearence are old style but the services are good, so you will have a nice stay while visiting Torino. Breakfast is good and the staff is nice.

I think for the price and for the travelers best choice. If you need to stay in hotel for a few days, this is for you. If you also choose room without bath room, you still have sink in your room. Also really good location.

Everything was perfect on my side. I can just continue with positives. Near to the hotel is fine cafeteria for breakfasts. Staff were very friendly.

A simple hotel that is good value for money close to the centre of Turin. Rooms are medium size with TV and good aircon. Very dog friendly. Breakfast is good compared with the price. The staff are really nice people and can point you in the right direction for food.

As with most Italian hotels, only one pillow. Otherwise all good. There is no fridge or kettle and tea making facilities in the room.

It was overpriced in my opinion. It is nice, clean, homelike hotel. Usually I stay in places like that for 70-max 100 euro. It was about 130 (after my genius discount). I could expect it in the US, but not in Italy. The breakfast was not included in the price. But maybe it was because of football

Our stay at Hotel Eden was very nice. The place has a lot of character and is very clean safe and comfortable. The location is about 30 minutes from the center and gas plenty of stores, laundry markets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby and is a 10 minutes walk from the Nizza Metro stop. The Concierge at the front desk was very kind and helpful

A little musty and noise travels through the hotel

It was cosy, I enjoyed the room balcony and Caffè in the nearby and the entire Torino experience. The hotel is located within 20 -30 minutes walking distance from the main attractions. If you have blisters in your feet, you can take 8 bus which takes you in the heart of the city.

Located in a quiet area near the river and the biggest park in Torino, nice balcony and a beautiful view of the street.

Basic room with very basic facilities, don't have high expectations though not very cheap. Took me 20 min to check in due to the language barrier issues as the old lady at the reception don't speak English at all.

Checking very late was no problem; also staff responded to my messages in the booking.com system fairly quickly. Room was not very big and a single bed, but sufficient and well-equipped. Bathroom is generous size. Everything was spotlessly clean and worked well.

The little fridge in the room was buzzing very loudly, but I could turn it off.
