The hotel is very nice, we had a huge apartment, clean very well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were polite and the breakfast decent. The in hotel restaurant was nice as well and an in-room dinner is offered.

The entrance of the hotel has quite few stairs before you reach the elevator and this is not at all practical for people with strollers or handicaps. The breakfast is ok but limited in choices. The omelets are charged extra money Our room was hit by the sun and one of the bedrooms was at 32 degrees Celsius. There was no option in the heating system to cool down the place...

Loved the size of the room - super large and beautiful ambience. The bathroom overlooked the city with full length windows. Would have happily remained indoors if we didn't want to see Turin. We brought our dog with us, and there were heavy duty food and water bowls placed in the room, as well as a complimentary doggie bag for dog waste. There was even an option to notify cleaners that there was a dog in the room while cleaning. Loved the fact the hotel was very close to a very large park. Restaurant was fantastic. Evening staff were friendly, polite, welcoming. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting Turin.

Two very small points - the dog bed just fit our dog (who is 20kg). It might be too small for a medium dog that isn't flexible, or dogs over 20kg. I wonder whether other options are available for bigger dogs? It is not so central, but we had our own vehicle so this was not a problem. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Keep up the good work.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in two suites, one smaller suite where we were 2 people and a large suite where 3 people stayed, both suites were spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The stay was excellent! The hotel was above and beyond our expectations, comfortable, spacious. Special praise to reception staff from whom we received exceptional service, courteous, efficient, professional and full of goodwill, special thanks to the charming Marco, it is difficult to describe in words the level of service we received from him amazing Alice who took care of the culinary side for us. The hotel parking suited our needs, the breakfast was excellent although it lacked vegetables and was a little lacking in variety.

In the small suite there was a slight unpleasant smell of cigarettes mixed with the smell of sewage, in the large suite facing the street there was a little noise from the street.

A basic pakket of household stuff (towel, soap) to clean kitchen and dishes would be easier

Good sized two bedroom apartment with an extra loo. The main bedroom even has a dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space. Great to have a washing machine. Staff were very polite and house keeping was great. 15 minute walk from bars and restaurants in San Salvario.

The location is a little out of the way if you are in Turin on holiday. The bathrooms had not been fully refurbished and looked older than the rest of the apartment. No dishwasher tabs, salt or oil meant we had to buy things just for our short stay.

loved the position, the huge room and the fact that the requests that were made when booking have all been respected. my girlfriend and i were extremely pleased!

the fact that the room was on a very low floor, it would hsve been nice to be e bit up higher. but this is not an issue, the kindness of the staff and the overall experience make up for it. also: the lights switches were a bit confusing as per which lights they controlled but no big deal.

Suite Room is very spacious which is a rare find in Torino Italy. I extended the stay to 3 weeks after first week, which says lot about that place. There is also a SPA at the first floor, which is very convenient and get stress out of you after a long trip.

Hotel entry is right between ground floor and 1st floor, and split with two flights of stairs with no ramp. It would be nice to have a ramp which makes moving big luggage easier.

The position of the hotel is very nice. The view is beautiful from the top floor. All the employees were very nice to us and made us feel comfortable all the time. I enjoyed the room very much. It was modern, clean and the bed just comfortable! I also loved the variety on the minibar. I'll stay here again for sure.

The hotel is being remodeled (temporary inconvenience). It's looking very nice and it doesn't disturb that much.

The room was very big, and we felt like living in an apartment, not just in a room. Everything was new and clean. There are wine glasses and a wine opener, microwave and a cutting knife in a room, which was also helpful.

The location of the hotel is a little bit far away from the center. It is nice to walk through the park on the river side to the city center once, bot afterwards we just took a subway and a tram.

Large room with ample space and all the comfort for a short stay. Great view on the hills, staff very nice and helpful, all in all a great experience at a very competitive price. Very nice park nearby and nice walk along the river Po. Highly recommended!

Beware - the hotel is a bit outside the centre, so if you are not by car, be prepared to take taxi, bus or walk a bit. Also ask for a room in the back, to avoid the busy street up front.
