Everything was perfect from the location to the room and breakfast.

We had the check out early in the morning and from the day before we told the receptionist to pack our breakfast to take with us since we had already paid for it and she had no problem. In the morning we found another male receptionist which he told us that he can't give us any accept eggs that were still shelled. We ended up with nothing and he didn't offered a refund!

Clean, close to public transport, facilities are working as promise, staff are friendly, very recommended to stay with, close to restaurants and shops.

The parking , it's too narrow and dangerous, specially for big car like ours. And they asked for all family passport and told us to leave it with the reception , which I found this is not common practise as passport is very important document, if they need to enter information better inform the guess so they can de ide whether to wait or to leave for the passport

The location of the hotel is very good, since it is around 100m away from the metro station, where you only need around 3-4 stops to get to the City Centre (around 10 minutes journey). The reception staff were very hospitable and helpful, where we left our luggage without any problems whatsoever. The hotel also offers free water fountains.

The breakfast was a bit basic, without hot food (e.g. sausages, bacon, fried eggs). Moreover, there were ongoing works at the hotel, which were noisy at times, since they were right in the floor underneath us.

I came to Turin for a scientific conference and stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It is a very nice hotel near the city center (20 minutes walk), 5 minutes walk to the river and the main boulevar near it. The room was clean, perfectly furnished with air conditioner, and daily cleaning. The staf were extremely kind and breakfast was quite rich with a variety of choices. I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to come to Turin, for work or for leisure.

We arranged late check-in at 10pm which they were more than happy to accommodate as our flight from Gatwick was early evening. The staff were very friendly and it felt like more of a local hotel which was perfect. You must get breakfast, the choices were to die for. It's a 25-30min walk from central Turin but still walkable, though we notched up near 30,000 steps. A few blocks away from Valentino Park which is beautiful. Highly recommended for price, comfort, safety and breakfast.

The breakfast grew on me, It’s different to what I’m used to. There was a good selection of very very good cakes, pastry’s, yogurts, fruit and cheese and bread. I’ve never tasted coffee as good as what was served to me in the bar, it’s a shame I didn’t have more time to enjoy the experience.

Maybe the shower in room 309 could be adjusted to be hotter.

I chose this hotel for a short city break in Turin as I needed car parking and its proximity to a Metro station (Dante) via a 1 minute walk. Note the basement carpark is pretty small bit I did reserve a space and that worked well at 19 euros per 24 hours. We made the mistake of walking into central Turin. I wouldnt recommend walking that route as it is through quite a run down part of the city. A more pleasant but less direct walk is down the hill to the river and then follow the river into central Turin through the lovely park. The Metro Line 1 runs from Dante to Porto Nuovo in the city centre and a 4 euro day ticket can be purchased in the ticket machines. Porto Nuovo must have the worst underground map ever designed as we couldnt see Dante listed so you need to know in advance it is on line 1! As to the hotel, the staff were very pleasant, the room was reasonable. Breakfast was adequate.

The ensuite in our room had a very small shower enclosure with a clingy shower curtain. It may just be the one room as it doesnt seem to have been mentioned in other reviews.

The room was exactly as described, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast offering was really good (different types of ham and cheese, several different cakes, croissant, pancake and also really good, strong coffee).

Location may be not the best: it is close to a busy street and circa 25 minutes walk from the train station, but the exact opposite direction as the city center. However it is close to a metro station, so by public transport it could be nearly nothing.

The room was basic, but clean. The location of the hotel is great, with the Dante metro station just around the corner. We found the reception staff very friendly, and more than happy to help. Likewise, the staff at breakfast were excellent, as was the breakfast itself. Although the bathroom in our room could do with updating, it was clean and functional. I would stay here again when on a city break to Turin.

Great locality (1 min to metro), tasty breakfast (lots of sweet/salt foods to choose from), willing staff, water dispenser, bin for the sorted waste in the room
