Hotel Airone

The hotel was a little outdated but it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were able to leave our bags both on arrival and after check-out. It was just opposite a Vaparetto stop which made things easy. It wasn’t the fanciest of hotels but we spent all day out exploring and didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. I asked for a room overlooking the Canal twice but unfortunately our room overlooked rear buildings. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

We weren't sure about this hotel due to the previous reviews, but we found it to be in a good location, (relatively) clean and with friendly staff at the reception. The rooms were very spacious and quiet also

Not the end of the world, but the Triple/Quadruple rooms did not have proper doors for the bathrooms (slightly lacking privacy). The property also needs new plug sockets as they were completely unusable with travel adapters due to their design and being loose in the wall.

Close to train and buses, this is a basic hotel but it was clean and warm and our room over looked gGrand Canal was cheap and cheerful l but aye we were only sleeping in it.

Tv didn't work and only 1 socket in bathroom worked to charge phones was a bit of a chore!

Great location, next to the bus and train station, all of the main attractions reachable on foot. Beds were uncomfortable because they kept separating and making a hole in the middle. Helpfull staff. Quality matches the price.

Do NOT search how to reach hotel on Google maps, its right next to the station.

Great location to main train station and easy walk around the San Polo area.

Only issue we had was the shower connection wasn’t stable and fell out when showing. Shower curtain not very clean

Room was great, bathroom was nice and clean with all amenities. the staff, I met Rosella who was a very nice person and the cat guards/mascots were great! really good location, right opposite of the main train station.

The location the staff the beds breakfast for 5 euros (they didn't have fresh fruit just orange and Pinnapple juice)

internet was not ideal we got a room without canal view but it was just to sleep so it was perfect for us (family of 4 - 4 beds)

The location was just excellent. Also the room was nice, clean, comfortable and calm. I was working from my room while looking out at the grand canal and it was amazing. Simple but really great value for money!

Really old and cozy. It's authentic and you can feel the history of this part of Venezia.

The shared bathroom was a bit dirty and the air conditioning wasn't working so we had to fix it by our self, but my boyfriend is an expert so all good ;)

Venice is splendid, just splendid. For the amount of money paid this was a very good stay. It is very close to the bus station-5 min, and about 30 - 40 min to Piazza San Marco, 5 min to railway station. So location is great.

The room is a bit small and very old. Maybe needs reconditioning.
