The spaces were very clean, the staff was attentive as well .

The key to the room suddenly stop working and we had to go to the reception twice to get it fixed.

Was very close from WTC is a perfect location, the staff was very gentle, the room was very clean and spacious. They were making repairs, which speaks of the interest in keeping your establishment in the best conditions. The terrace and window are very nice, it gives the room a plus.

the stairs are not very functional and even dangerous and difficult to access for people with disabilities, I understand that it is a matter of space but I feel that there are other ways to save space. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly, but it could be more varied or more substantial. They do not have a first aid kit, which is basic and essential. as a suggestion, they could put pure water on the floors so we don't have to go downstairs with the jug, luckily the cleaning lady very kindly filled ours

The free breakfast included with the reservation was awesome! even when the portions are not really big, is more that enough to start the day. The sauna and the jacuzzi are such an amazing experience, you can tell the staff when you are planing to use them, and they will have everything prepared. The lobby is very nice and the terrace is really comfortable!

the gym was a little bit dirty.... is more that obvious the lack of use for part of the guests, but that doesn't mean that shouldn't be clean in a regular basis

It was a clean hotel. They cleaned the room everyday. Separate kitchen with livingroom was awesome. I stayed in room 302. There was no noise coming from outside. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. You need to order in Spanish though :) Overall, it is a recommended hotel.

Internet was very weak in the bedroom. But it was ok in the livingroom. Shower hot water comes very late. So you lose water while waiting hot water. In addition, it was not easy to adjust the desired water temperature.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and we had a lovely stay in a room with a balcony. This time I decided to choose a smaller room as I was just spending a night there to take another flight very early the next morning. I must say that the room itself was very nice, room 502, but it needs refurbishing. The sofa was filthy and it gave the impression that the room was dirty but it was clean, I had to check it! I didn’t dare to sit there!!! It made feel uneasy!!

The location is good, the town center is very close and WTC. The rooms are very spacious, more like a flat with all the commodities.

The breakfast is VERY POOR! Do not pay extra to include in your stay, Best to have outside, plenty bars around the area.

We have stayed several times at this hotel. It’s our “go-to” location in CDMX, but the first time in this room. There were several small deficiencies, making it apparent that no one is staying on top of the details. I believe it’s a matter of the owner rather than a hotel operator, as each unit is individually owned.

Good value and location.

J-Towers is located on a quite street in a residential area of Napoles. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We stayed for 9 nights. It was perfect for work and pleasure. Lots of cafes in the area. Short Uber drive to just about anywhere.

Though breakfast was included and the kitchen staff was very helpful, quality of coffee and breakfast items could be better.

Good location. Spaced apartment, which is good. Good forniture, confortable beed. Kitchen is well equipped. Good housekeeping. Good service in overall.

Included breakfast could be better. Shower water temperature is uncontrollable, either too hot or cold. Some re-painting and maintenance is needed.

Cleanness, staff behavior, and locality.

Mixing of hot & cold water was not working Kitchen ware should make available for Asian visitors. Extra water tap should install in bathroom One bucket and mug should be made available in bathroom so one can mix hot n cold water and bath. Language problem was there so English speaking person required for international travelers. Intercontinental food should made available in restaurant. Some Asian food should be added. Gym is above our room so noisy sounds were disturbing us.
