Room was very nice and clean. Good modern bathroom. Staff were nice and happy to store our bags for a few hours after check out.

Breakfast not included as stated when booking - it's only a small pastry and jug of coffee and juice set up in the lobby. This should be clearer. No way to ventilate the room without opening the door, which meant it got very hot at night as we did not have Aircon. No drinking water available for guests.

Convenient location, centrally located in the city center. The staff were very friendly and the room, while small, met our expectations. The hotel was very clean.

The free breakfast was just a small stand in the lobby with coffee and some breads. The room had a ceiling fan, but it was either on or off with no way to reduce the speed from very high.

The location is really good. The personal was very attentive and the rooms where comfy and clean

The breakfast was not a breakfast, it was just a coffee brake offering terrible and I do mean, terrible burned coffee, boxed orange juice, and a limited option of Mexican sweet bread and apples. Also, it is not allowed to bring alcohol to the room, this, I was told during check in. This rule was not listed on booking, so having a beer at the end of the day in your room is not an option here.

Fastest and most reliable internet I have had in Mexico. Almost Immediate hot water with great pressure. Hot water in sink. Excellent cable TV. Decent continental breakfast. Two minutes from the Zocalo. Very quiet and secure. Great bed. Staff helped me get express laundry service. Un beatable price.

I liked everything, not one single negative aspect.

The hotel is nice and clean, the room was decent size with an outstanding shower. The bed was comfy and the place relatively quiet.

Wifi didn't work, the bed sheet and towels had some stains. Breakfast was included but it turned out to be just a coffee and pastry standing in the lobby. Pretty disappointing.

The cleaning, after they cleaned the room there was a terrible smell I guess it's the rag,n it was not very nice, however the lady is super nice n she día a great job, n the room is super small even if it says doble room.

I like the location very much but afraid of noise from the street. The hotel staff was able to give highest floor room face inside, which without any street noise. Since the hotel is no elevator they carry our luggage up and down. We are also very appreciate their help on communicating with taxi driver.

Is close to the civic plaza, museums, restaurants, and the staff is so kind. Really nice place.

Everything was good, they don't have an elevator, so be prepared.

Very small hotel, set in a lovely old colonial mansion right in the heart of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room had modern finishes and fixtures and was spotlessly clean.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but I had to keep it on because the room had no opening windows.
