Comfortable mattress and bedding. Nice cosy lighting. Had a lovely view from our juliette balcony.

Floor needed a serious mop, we actually had black feet from just walking on it. Breakfast was terrible and not worth advertising because you will need to buy your own breakfast straight after, not worth getting up for to be honest! It was my girlfriends birthday whilst staying here and we specifically booked this place as a treat but they didn't even have any beers available in the upstairs bar! Got woken up on the second night with staff banging around and talking loudly on the phone at 3am!

really nice surprise! starting with the staff, who helped us a lot with advice how to park, and early check-in. the room was clean, hot water, good wi-fi. there is a nice terrace where you could drink your own beer or wine. I do recommend lunch on Attico 303 nearby restaurant with amazing view (a little pricey). If you have time, be sure not to miss Africam Safari outside Puebla.

The location is quite good. In the city centre and close to everything. The bed is comfortable and the shower works well.

There is no water heater In the room to make tea. And the breakfast selection is very limited. But Since you are in the centre,it's very easy to eat outside.

stuffy, hot rooms on the 2nd floor without A/C and without a ceiling fan. they moved us to the ground floor after I complained.

Great location close to the city center close to the cathedral (viewable from rooms on the front side of the hotel) and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large, and overall it's just a lovely experience in this beautiful city. Note that they do have valet parking as well.

Best part is location, Staff attentiveness, Cleanliness and Colonial architecture! 😊

Need to adjust their standards, only left ONE bath soap for 4 people., No A/C only floor fan. Also, WI-FI very poor reception, kept losing signal, room #5 very noisy, staff kept banging stuff very late at night and very early at morning..... Continental breakfast was very poor, old fruit, instant coffee, etc.

The continental breakfast is good but it look a kids meal It was 5 small pieces of watermelon with 1 small piece a bread and one coffee y you should add at least small yogurt.

Location was fantastic, only one block form the main square. The room was clean and very well kept. The hotel itself was a beautiful building.

Since the hotel is operating at a limited capacity, they could have spread out the guests. Our room was next to another one and we could hear all the noise which was a bit annoying since they had booked an early taxi ride and we all got woken up. The doors are too close to each other.

The room was just right ! We only stayed for one night because we wanted to enjoy the Zocalo during our stay in Puebla. The location was just perfect, about a block or two away. . . only a few steps! If you enjoy walking and getting to know places, then the distance is not a problem, it really is close to the Zocalo. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff. Breakfast was not included but we did not mind paying. Breakfast is served on top of the building the view was just amazing! I really enjoyed my few hours in this place before heading out to another state.

I loved the location of Hotel Gala! My partner and I enjoyed waking up and being able to walk around the park area and explore the different locations. The hotel is very close the the tourism information center so we were able to go over and get more information on what was opened and closed. (COVID restrictions)

I would have liked the bed to be a little more comfortable.
