L Hotel Perla Boutique

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever been to. I'm sure there are others of this sort, but this was the first time I could afford such an outstanding place. What you see on the pictures is all true. We booked the king bed room. It was a huge room with marble floors and a ceiling with beautiful lights. It had five doors with balconies, one of which was in the shower room (that's separate room) with large rain shower. And it had an awesome two person bathtub in the middle of the room that was the highlight of our romantic night. On the terrace (on the roof) there is a beautiful (I want to use this word a lot here) heated swimming pool with fountains and a waterfall. When we mentioned that we wanted to visit it, two people ran there to accommodate us, one with towels, and another to clean the pool and turn on the fountains and the jets inside the pool.

Fernanda at the front desk is the start of the great experience. She is helpful professional and speaks English very well. The location is fantastic. It is on a relatively quiet street with just a five minute walk to the Zocalo. There are so many shops and restaurants within an easy walk as well. The hotel is super modern on the inside. It was spotless and the maids were cleaning constantly.

Nothing… we were sad to leave

Perfectly located in front of Callejón de los Sapos, it has a modern design, spacious rooms and a nice rooftop pool. Even though they don't have a parking area, there is a parking closeby.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but that's quite alright considering the many cafés nearby

This is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Mexico. The hotel was located on the Plazuela de los Sapos right in the centre of Puebla and our room and bathroom were palatial and modern. The technology did take a little getting used to – everything is controlled by a little tablet. We loved everything – the location on the Plazuela Los Sapos, the enormous marble bathroom with rain shower and Japanese toilet, comfortable king bed and cute little balcony overlooking the square. There’s also a lovely pool and bar on the rooftop terrace. The staff are very friendly and although they have limited English, they do try to help you.

very central, very convient for walking around. thriving street life. The facility is very luxurious, fun to feel pampered. Staff very kind and helpful, especially Abigail, thank you!

The restaurant is very popular but not offering breakfast for hotel guests. Not a big deal, there are other options near by. The street our window is facing is the site of outdoor market all day everyday, and lots of activities at night. ( performance!) The restaurants across the street have balconies and outdoor dining, customers and staff hang out well into the night, can be noisy.( never leave home without ear plugs!)

We had a great time staying at L'Hotel Perla Boutique. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooftop space was beautiful, with great views, and the location in the midst of the historic center can't be beat. As for the room, everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern and clean bathroom, with great shower hookups, was very appreciated. Almost everything in the room operated digitally by a tablet, and while that took a little getting used to, we came to enjoy it. In short, I doubt there are any nicer places to stay at this price point in beautiful Puebla!

We liked everything!

Amazingly stylish, comfortable, relaxing and the location could not be better. Wonderfully friendly, funny and helpful staff. Highly personalised service. Beautiful design and rooms, sumptuous beds and generally very opulent. Laughably huge TV. Fabulous rooftop pool with beautiful 360 views of the city. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Puebla.

Seems to be very newly opened. Would hope breakfast to be available in-house soon, but there are many great places nearby. Ditto a rooftop bar and snacks at the pool. A couple of times, water and coffee not replenished during room cleaning. Smart room controls a little fussy.

Best location in Puebla, modern and high tech refurbished facilities, wonderful attentive staff, heated little pool on the roof.

This stay was potentially a 10 but from day one there was a funky sewer smell in the bathroom and it was never be fixed despite the staff tried.They should’ve moved us to another room, this ruined the otherwise good experience. Also there was the biggest television I have ever seen in a hotel room but useless. No connectivity options, no apps, no streaming only very customer unfriendly cable TV so ended up watching a movie on our laptop.

An amazing experience that really made our trip to Puebla special. I can't stress enough how helpful the staff are. Honourable mention to both Maria and Ernesto, who went above and beyond many times to help us out and make sure our stay was perfect. The room was so spacious, and the bed was incredible! We also really enjoyed the bathroom supplies. The pool is really nice and due to the time of year we spent some alone time up there. I'd 100% stay here again if ever in Puebla.

There really wasn't much apart from there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom at the end of each day. But the team got it sorted quickly for us.

Wow. This property was amazing! I had an incredible stay. The property itself is gorgeous, so we’ll decorated and elegant, but not over done. My room was spacious and the bed was so cozy. The TV was huge (although I didn’t end up using it), the toilet seat was HEATED, fantastic shower, and blackout shades for the window. the rooftop area is still being completed (can’t wait to see it finished) but the pool was awesome and it was a great spot to hang out and read! Also a nice view. The hotel staff was super kind and accommodating. I spoke with Maria over WhatsApp before I arrived and she arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport and for an in room massage. Maria was so thoughtful, she even messaged me the evening of my arrival (she was not at the hotel) to ask if I had arrived safely and followed up to ask about my spa service. Maria went above and beyond in my opinion. She, along with the rest of the staff absolutely made my stay! Awesome location in the heart of the historic center of Puebla. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops, and beautiful churches! I would absolutely return!
