The interior is so beautiful, felt like you're sightseeing inside the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy, water in the shower gets hot quick and has a good pressure. It stays nice and cool inside thanks to the thick walls. Big TV with streaming services and a cute patio with seating are a nice bonus. Our Spanish is sadly not good so we didn't get to chat with the personel but they seemed nice and asked if we need cleaning or anything else every day.

The wi-fi only worked well for a few hours on our first day and then got really bad. Might have been because of the daily storms.

Absolutely charming little place in the heart of Puebla. The location really is excellent! Room was large clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt it was very good value - I would definitely return.

The bathroom was pretty small (but everything worked well). There was some noise from a neighbouring room. The lighting options were limited (bright clinical overhead light or very dim bedside lamps) but these are very minor points.

Great location, close to everything. I think Puebla is a really lovely city. Very nice people. Very fair value. Room was fine.

In retrospect, having a basic breakfast choice and in the room was unique to this hotel but maybe was because I was leaving early (can't remember). No complaints really though. Unfortunately, this was one of dozens of hotels that I reviewed 'at the time' but that were lost where b.com inserts a silly survey request just as you submit so my recall is bad here, weeks later.

The place is nicely located, they were very accommodating since the room they gave us initially was very humid. We asked to change rooms, and they offer 2 solutions without any inconvenient. The staff was nice, there's a place next door where you can get breakfast, parking Is not far away from the hotel. Yu can easily visit the historical center farol the hotel.

The shower doesn't work very well, the shower head is too close to the wall making it hard to shower properly.

This hotel is conveniently located in the historical center, next to Museo El Amparo. I loved the decoration of the room and the common spaces of the hotel. It is a colorful and beautiful building. I also loved the little restaurant next door selling delicious cemitas. This was my favorite place to stay in Mexico during my vacation. The hotel makes you feel happy and grateful to visit Puebla.

Wifi was weak, good for emails but not strong enough for videocalls. There is a bar or event space nearby and played loud music until 5am both nights. Not for light sleepers. But if you don't mind then the location is superb.

The hotel is very authentic and beautifully decorated. The wifi was fantastic and the shower was super hot! The staff were so attentive and even after our checkout accommodated us with wifi and somewhere to charge our things. 100% recommend

They took Great care of me, everyone couldn't have been more helpful. HOT shower, a real treat. Fresh towels daily. Excellent service.

No view from my room, which was a bit dark, typical of these marvelous old buildings. It just comes with the territory.

no A/C, sometime the rooms would get a little too hot. there were not tv channels. just an option to ad your Netflix account and such

great location and excellent wifi network

would be nice to have a common bar area where one can go make a cup of coffee or get hot water themselves… so you don’t have to bother the hotel receptionist for hot water every time.
