Hotel Tamara

This is gem of a hotel! Great location, super clean and quiet, and the best part is the staff. They helped me with so much.....I was a super late arrival due to a long bus ride and an accident and they were very accomodating. When I departed, someone still helped me by communication with the next hotel to let them know about my late arrival, and they followed through with communication long after I had gone to make sure I was okay. Th facilities are beautiful, and the room service food is excellent!

The rooftop restaurant where we eat breakfast is not part of the hotel, they are a separate busness. they do NOT inform about the continetnal breakfast, instead try to add on food and get you to pay more. 5 people standing and watching me eat was weird.

This is a spotlessly clean facility in an excellent location. It is good value, especially for what you receive. it was very close to the historical centre and minutes from the zocalo. after I landed in Mexico City from Toronto, I came to Puebla directly from the airport. both the hotel and the city of Puebla were an excellent start to my Mexican holiday. I felt very secure and I had everything I needed.

I had an interior room, but for what I was paying, I can’t complain!

great location,very helpful staff, breakfast terrace was nice place to see the town from, cafe attached was good for coffee and pastries/cakes, internet was slow but reception fixed it, lots of little convenient shops close by. they allowed early entry and allowed delayed departure with a half day cost which was very reasonable.

sink in bedroom separate from wc & shower? does not make sense. wardrobe is a poor design, not very functional.

Rooms are tiny but comfortable. I loved the decor and art deco style! There's a nice coffeeshop on the ground floor and great restaurant with amazing rooftop on the last floor (managed separately) - simple and small but really nice breakfast (fruits, a bit of yoghurt and granola, sweet bun, coffee/tea and juice) included in the rate was served there. Two block away from Zocalo!

The hotel is really close to the center, walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops. Their restaurant and cafe have good food as well.

Our room had awful wifi connection. It didn't work on tv or our phones.

the hotel itself was very chic. it felt like a boutique hotel. I loved the location because we only had one night it was super easy to walk out and find something to eat and do on a time crunch . it’s very central to all the highlights of the city . staff was so friendly and helpful and the garage was super secure .

It's a good location. It has parking although you have to pay 70 pesos a night for the parking.

You hear everything going on in the nearby rooms, everything. For this reason it wasn't so easy to sleep

The staff were very friendly. The location was great, close to sights and many great food options.. Loved the hotels coffee shop, nice vibe & good coffee. The room was comfy, especially the bed!

Breakfast was delicious, the place very convenient at the roof tap with delicious food at the buffet the service was great!

the bath had a step tha it was hard to remember at night

The restaurant, our dinner and breakfast were great. Be sure to know what chapulines are before ordering, FYI. The one bad thing was the street noise at night, common in a big city. All was clean with a fun Art Deco vibe.
