Huge room. Interesting architecture. All rooms are facing inner yard so the noise from the busy street is very low. I could park the car directly under the room. Huge room. Each room has a separate entrance to the parking lot and a staircase leading to it. You do not hear your neighbours. I would come again there.
A renovation in the near future would be good.

Spotless clean spacious quiet rooms, everything worked, hot water, serviced every day. Secure covered parking. Staff here are excellent, warm, friendly, approachable, happily helped us with hot drinking water. Neighborhood is ten minutes walk to artists barrio. Lots of grocery and food options within 5 minutes walk.

Location is good. 20 minutes walk to downtown. Great restaurant nearby. Staff were very nice!! Room has plenty of space, and it's very clean! Highly recommended.
No AC or fan, but it wasn't very hot at night. It actually gets a little cold so no AC was needed. Shower sometimes didn't respond well, but it's manageable.
