great location, on 5th avenue next to quaint restaurants and healthy smoothy cafes / coffee shops but far enough away from the noisy clubs so they don’t keep you awake. 5min walk for the beach clubs or 10/15 min walk for the local beaches with kite surfing etc (88 street). The rooftop pool is lovely. 24 hour front desk is really helpful & they can book day trips if needed. 7/11 downstairs for easy snacks & bottles water

nothing, it was great. we stayed for 6 nights, would have been nice to have a clean bathroom mat / towel after 3 days

the location is really good. 10 mins from the beach and not at the busy end of town, so at night you can sleep without hearing the all-night party. the kitchen could use a few extra things like pots and not just frying pans. having a washing machine in the apartment was also great. there is a coffee machine in there for pods but no pods supplied so bring your own.

there is some construction going on and the room did need some tlc because our balcony door was a struggle to lock and also did not feel that secure.

The apartment was stylish and comfy, we enjoyed staying there a lot.

1. Check-in. It seemed like no one was expecting us. It took concierge some 15-20 minutes to find out which apartment was booked for is. Although we arrived after 6 pm, the apartment wasn't prepared. Concierge literally changed the bedsheets and towels himself. Trash bin was full of garbage. As it was Sunday, there were no maids, so our apartment was cleaned on the next morning only. If not this, we would rate it 10 out of 10. 2. The washing machine was not working 3. Although we had a certain price in dollars on Booking and not in pesos, we couldn't pay the same amount - they required us to pay more due to their exchange rate. We changed money ourselves because it was the best option.

I loved the place and the staff. Very nice and clean apartment. Air conditioning broke and the staff went to a shop immediately to buy fans, very effective and caring.

They were 2 mayor issues. They do have a pipes problem, they smell bad, I got the room 304 and I heard the 504 also smells bad. Also wifi did not work properly in the 6 days we were there. We had data so we did not care much about it.

Modern and good size apartments, great staff, great places to eat steps away, and beautiful views in some of the apartments.

They did not have enough bath towels available for three of our four day stay. Had one for four people. To be fair they did offer beach towels but should of had enough bath towels for all guest.

Great location, only few minutes walk to to the beach and main street 5th avenue. Apartament was very clean, the huge bed was the best thing. The swimming pool up on the terrace was amazing. We'll back for sure. Highly raccomanded!!

I was really pleased with the property but I did get a very good discount on it! I think if I'd paid full price it wouldn't have been quite so good value.

Very enjoyable stay. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great location seconds from 5th Ave but near but not near the loud area. Quiet and nice area. We really like the place. The host left coffee for us which was great.

The location of the space was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything better in regards to that. The neighborhood was quite and nice. The pool and the view from the deck was amazing. The proximity to the beach was nice.

I didn't have any breakfast at this location. My only issues with the space was that there wasn't enough cooking utensil's available to cook with while staying in the space. There weren't any spices available as well.

That bed and that view! I barely wanted to leave it. Perfect black out remote controlled blinds and massive memory foam bed to watch the sky change.

WiFi in my room didn't work so I connected to next door so wasn't really up to the job.
