Everything was good except rooms were never cleaned and first two days was no electricity.

Rooms never been cleaned and was no electricity in hotel for couple of days.

rooms are very spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

some towels and sheets wasn’t clean. my main concern is the check in deck. Didn’t have any idea where to check in until I asked a random guy which was lucky effort was staff.

-spacious room (apartment style) -location; on la quinta avenida but away from blaring music -beach club access (free beach chair card) -friendly service -hot water -plenty of kitchenware and utensils -rooftop lounge/pool -coati (raccoon animal) came in when we left door cracked. :)

The location is great, 5 mins from the beach.

Although it’s written one of the speaking languages is English, the receptionist didn’t speak a single word of English. We couldn’t communicate a single thing with them and had to use google translate in the end. Also, some part of the room were old and broken. The AC and faucets in the bathroom were leaking.

amazing spacious apartments, lovely huge bed. great to get beach chair vouchers included. amazing location on 5th avenue, close to everything but at the quiet end so not noisy.

the wifi did not work very well in the room. the pool is also very small which isn’t a huge problem as the beach is close however the beach has a lot of seaweed build up at the moment.

It is right in the middle of 5th Avenue which has a whole lot of shops, restaurants, pharmacies and bars. Either way you go there is much to see and do. You can see live performances as your walking down 5th Avenue and a bunch of impersonators. The rooms are vary spacious and most have their own kitchen with the necessary appliances you would need just in case you wanted to bring back some snacks for the night. The rooms also have plates, cups, coffee maker, pots and pans, some condiments for you to use, an induction cook top and a microwave.

There was no private parking for our rental. During the day you can park on the street but make sure to get your ticket from the meter or you will be ticketed or even towed.. We went 2 blocks down to a public parking to leave it there over night they only charge 10 pesos each hour you leave it there. Pictures are a little misleading, the hotel is not as close to the beach as it seems in the pictures bit they do give you a voucher that you can use at a specific location to have private access to the beach. The hotel doesn't have an elevator to be able to bring up your heavy luggage but the gentleman there is always willing to help you with it.

Excellent location in 5th Avenue. The studio has all facilities I would expext. It is spacious, new, kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, big fridge, stove and well equiped. Very confy and big mattress. Decent smart tv. Small table with 2 chairs. Wifi working well. Lovely rooftop with a tiny swimming pool that does the job for refreshing. Not a real hotel but apartments.

Access only by stairs, no other facilites that the studios and rooftop. No views, only internal.

the price was good for the location and place. although the place isn’t in tip top condition, it’s still relatively nice.

the wifi was not that good, it’s right on the Main Street so you can hear people talking but at least there’s no loud music.

Great little apartment room with huge balcony. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Right on the main walking street, close to shops and bars.

We were here with little children but this place is in the middle of a party street and there were loud parties until late at night. Fortunately the little ones were able to sleep even during the loud music. We had to pay for the parking all day long...

good location, good price, and nice rooms for the price.

the rooms are a little run down, but still pretty nice. for the price, I won’t complain too much. also, the WiFi only worked close to the hotel room door, and outside.
