Overall everything was great! Only issue- the price on booking.com was deceiving. They charged my card- thinking I paid, till I checked in & was told that I must pay in person-- only to be charged a few hundred dollars more cuz of "taxes & whatever else"..?!? That was very frustrating since ur not notified in advance to determine or decide...

Water bottles should be offered at reception instead of asking then waiting to get it. But staff was very sweet/nice & accommodating when requested!

The front desk worker when we arrived (at midnight basically) was just awesome to help us, he had to unlock the door--which actually made me feel a bit safer, rather than not. It was a nice area in town I thought too. The worker that checked us out was super nice and friendly as well. Breakfast was not included so we just ate elsewhere since we have food allergies and preferences that could not be met there. But the staff was still very nice. The room was clean, no mold, and the shower had good pressure.

Room was very clean and had a nice bathroom and balcony. We wanted some rest so we were so happy that the TV had Netflix, HBO and AmazonPrime which we could use. Location was good, close to the center and also to the ruins. Breakfast was ok! Nice swimming pool as well and friendly staff.

WiFi was very bad, we got the password from other rooms as well but they did not seem to work at times either. Our room was on the street side of the center so we could still hear the music at night. Room was a bit noisy at times, but we managed!

Staff at the reception is very professional. Check in was supposed to be at 15.00. I arrived from Palenque, after more then 10 hours of travel and the guy at the reception checked if, by any chance, the room could be ready at 13.00. The receptionist welcomed me and let me in at 13.00. I have to thank him because I really needed to get some rest.

The stafff here were lovely and this is a very attractive hotel. it's close to a bike hire place if their own bikes aren't available. Breakfast on the roof terrace was pleasant. the pool is a bit too small for a proper swim but nice for a dip. it's about a mile from the bus station. but it's close to the junction with the road leading down to the beach and out of town to the cenotes so with a bike it's easy to reach both.

- large room, comfortable beds and bathroom - possible to store the bicycles over the night in a locked room - breakfast on the rooftop - very spacious hotel, but it was quite empty during the days we stayed there - location is great for the central Tulum, close to everything

- fixed shower (unfortunately that's common for the area) - at night you can hear the music from the club on the main street, but it's not very annoying - breakfast very basic and the same every day (toast, butter, jam, fruits platter, coffee/tea, orange juice from the pack)

low water pressure but it’s quite common in Tulum and breakfast could be better - one and half slice of a toast bread with butter and marmalade, juice, coffee and glass of juice. you can order pancakes, eggs, smoothies from the menu though.

Mainly I highly recommend Hotel Muyu becuase of amazing stuff. All persons were very friendly :) Good breakfest: everyday coffee, organge juice, mix of fruits, toast with butter and jam + one hot meal a'la carte. Clean, modern hotel . Oportunity to rent bike.

Hotel is located close to the club & streat at night is a too noisy, especially on the weekend

Warm and welcoming staff, very helpful. Location is perfect to enjoy the real taste of Cancun. No noise in the nighttime. Greenery all around and a hammock in your "patio".

Breakfast is a bit poor: only bread, butter and jam along with a bowl of fruit. No choice of tea.

From walking into the front desk all the way to our room, The Decour in this hotel was very Bohemian chic. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of what to do in Tulum. I felt extremely welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay. I had such a good time lounging around by the pool enjoying the warm air and the cold water. I only stayed for one night but it definitely served its purpose. Conveniently located from a street of different restaurants and live music this charming hotel definitely went above and beyond what I expected.

If there was anything to say it would just be that the Wi-Fi in our room wasn’t working but once front desk was notified they quickly gave us a solution and were able to get us back up and running
