Kassia Tulum, Boutique Hotel

We had a wondeful stay. Everything was as expected and the hosts were very helpsome. This is a great place to stay in Tulum.

I love people here. all people here were so kind and friendly even they don’t speak English. I didn’t enough time to enjoy facility but if I have next chance to stay, I will enjoy their pretty pool on the rooftop :)

I arrived in the evening. I completely got lost the way from ADO bus station. they don’t have any indications of their hotel at the entrance, so I couldn’t find their place without picking me up.

Clean, spacious, great room with nice tv, AC and two lovely comfortable beds. Roof terrace was a great bonus! Two guys who run the place were fantastic and even let us rent out their moped for a very good price for the day!

The Kassia Hote Tulum is very good with friendly helpful staff, great clean rooms with very good TV reception and A.C. The usable spaces in the hotel make it feel very spacious and the roof top pool is an absolute gem. You can lie back in the pool or on a lounger and not even know you are in Tulum. The location is just a couple of minutes from the main central Tulum street which means it's quieter and has more reasonble restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

The property definitely exceeded our expectations for the value. It was incredibly peaceful to get work done during the day and centrally located to enjoy town. We also got a chance to meet the owner and he gave us a tour of the upcoming developments he’s making to the hotel. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Nothing was an excellent stay.

Perfect location very close to the main avenue of Tulum, yet on a quieter street. Very nice rooftop where we enjoyed hanging out in the evening. Very nice staff.

The pool is very shallow so you can’t really swim in it, but still nice to freshen up.

Very interesting hotel near center of Tulum. We were able to reach it 20 minutes walking from ADO so avoided taxists. There is a large patio on the 2 and 3rd floors. Only for you. Breakfasts in the morning as well.

Room are still a bit unorganised but there is charm in it.

Very nice building and beautiful rooms. The hotel is new and modern. They have a great terrace with Pool. You can enjoy a beatiful sunset there. Everyone is very nice and they have great smoothies, coffee and food. It‘s located downtown so your close to everything you need.

I loved our stay in Kassia Boutique Hotel, it's in the center of Tulum, great breakfast, the rooms were clean and comfortable, service was excellent, and the pool on the rooftop was so nice!! I will be coming back here no doubt! Thank you!!

The area was very quiet. We were able to sleep without any outside noises. The sheets were fantastic, super soft. Andres was very helpful and welcoming. Made us feel at home. Love the place! Highly recommend.
