Nuee Tulum

the property was in a great location, 2 minute walk from downtown. keyless and easily accessible. our room was comfortable and spacious and had a kitchen and refrigerator. we spent a couple days on the roof in the pool.

it’s hard to come up with any rain that we wouldn’t like the property. if I had to pick one thing I would say that it would be nice if the pool had a shaded area. but that’s if I’m being very picky. we travelled during some high UV reported days.

Great location - close enough to the clubs, bars, and restaurants to walk, and far enough away that you can’t hear them at night. So many food trucks around, it was so easy to grab something to eat after a long day. The room is huge and was clean. The rooftop pool is amazing!

The hotel is not reachable by phone or text. We did not know how to get into the property. Luckily a cleaning staff happened to be in the lobby to let us in.

The hotel is new. It is very well kept and very well decorated. It really shows there is an effort to make everything as nice and confortable as possible. The room was amazing, and very very big, with a private outside space and private little pool that we were not at all expecting! It exceeded expectations. The bed was very confortable and very big, as were the pillows. The bathroom was good, and clean. The bedroom was cleaned every day. There was a big TV with netflix, and air conditioning. They gave us a hair dryer and the towels were clean and big. The rooftop with a pool was very pretty and well kept, the pool was great. It was cleaned and the pool was maintained while we were up there so I believe it is done daily. The location was very good, on the back streets of the main road, about 5 minutes from Tulum Pueblo centre. The staff was very nice and very friendly. Someone was always at the front desk. Felt very safe. Would recommend!

There is a lot of music. 9 to 9. It is not their fault, as there is a disco and a strip club right across the street. It isn't too bothersome, as the room isolates the sound good enough. But I am 23, and feel that if you are not, you may not like this very much. So, just beware of this aspect and don't complain once you get there if you already know.

extremely interesting, architectural design of concrete in modern patterns, an artist designed the whole place. The staff was very kind and allowed us to stayed late the next day. The location is convenient, there was music across the street. We appreciated the water pressure and air conditioning and functionality, very comfortable—we felt secure and happy the whole time.

Hotel is good, close to the Main Street in Tulum. Our room was deluxe so it was big and comfortable. Staff was nice no matter that they do not speak English good value for the money

pool was dirty the bar downstairs is too noisy and it is some Mexican bar with only local people not some turists bar where you can make fun the shower is awful and it is difficult to use it

The property was new, very nice design, the room we picked was on an upper floor, so we didn't have a garden or patio, but that was better, because the rooms with private 'pool' were not nice, an extremely small outdoor space surrounded by high walls, where the pool was basically a bathtub. Our room tho, had big windows so was very airy and bright. The cleaning staff was always helpful and available all day. Same for the security staff :) Very nice roof top to have your own drink.

If you don't rent a car there's no way to reach the beach easily, you either have to call a cab or hitch someone. The kitchen appliances had problems all the times. The toaster broke after two times we used it, and the hob wasn't working at all. Tried to cook some pasta several times and after ten minutes it would just go on high temperature and blocked. Was the first, and second, and third time I've microwaved spaghetti... good luck The roof top pool wasn't clean.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here, the room was nice and simple. The pool area was never crowded and it was a great place to come back to after a long day! All of the employees were kind and helpful!

The only thing that kept us from giving 10 stars was the air conditioning, we had it as low as it could go and it was still hot, not sure if theres much that could be done about the heat seeing as tulum is extremely hot in general. Other than that slight issue our stay was great!

The room was great. We got the suite with the private pool. They had a microwave and fridge, plus kitchen ware that made eating in your room easy. The location was great. 2 bars next door, one with strippers that sounded like they were having a blast. Oxxo and the corner and only about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of tulum. The staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool was a great spot. Lots of seating. WiFi quick, and the option to access Netflix was nice.

You could hear EVERYTHING through the walls, footsteps, the people next door unlocking their door and the some machine that ran all day and night. The private patio with a pool was cool, but the private pool was disgusting, it was clear the filters didn’t work. The shower temperature barley hot warm.

Do not be turned off by the location. I walked those streets at night solo and had no issues! I LOVED my king room!! Big space, soft comfortable bed and pillows. CLEAN ROOM! Great kitchen area, i only used the fridge. The decor was cute and simple. The shower was nice. I was able to take hot showers with great water pressure. The staff was very helpful, Lupita was exceptional!!! She assisted me with all my needs. I had a wonderful experience here. I would come back.

I had minor issues. Keyless entry didnt work well. You can hear everything, lol. My tv didnt work, i was told before i rec"d my room. Im on vacay, i dont need a tv. I couldnt use the pool one day, guess what no problem i went to the beach instead. They were cleaning and treating the pool. The elevator out of service one day but it was fixed quickly!!!

we loved our stay. Very comfortable room with amazing rooftoppool. Tulum is very stretched out and divided in a city and a beach zone which are different zones divided by a 3 km road. You really need a bike or scooter, independent of where you are staying. Nuee was located close to the city strip and the cenotes.
