Kin Ha Tulum Hotel

extremly nice building, very close to the bus station, streetfood and many restaurants close. although the bar/club-zone isn´t far either, it s quiet in the night because of the architecture of the building. The breakfast ist with a lot of fruit and juice and coffee, also with toast, and you could have a refill. the people were very friendly and helped us with everything. you can borrow bikes directly there, which is useful too!

The breakfast was excellent: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, juice and toast!! The setting was lovely on the top of the building! The staff is exceptional and helped with every single request that was made!! This is a very nice property with a quiet courtyard and comfortable rooms in a great location near the city center. Walking distance to everything!!

Only suggestion would be to add some protein like eggs to the std offering during breakfast and to have a small frig in the room!!

We ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much. Great location (3 mins walks to bars/restaurants/main area or tulum, 10 mins walk from bus station) Amazing breakfast (no buffet!) Beautiful place & relax area on the roof Very friendly staff Bike rental to get to the beach and ruins Finally a place with a power socket and a night lamp on both sides of the bed

Water pressure is not the best we had

The buildings and the garden is really beautiful. The owner and the staff are all extremely welcoming and helpful. Very nice terrace. The room and the bathroom was very spacious.

Our room was very humid and we had to leave the doors open to get some fresh air, however it can be expected in this climate. It would be nice if there was a possibility to get coffee or drinks on the terrace during the day.

Amazing breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, freshly made juice, coffee and different kinds of bread almost every day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms which were cleaned everyday. Very good location from the mail street.

Wifi was not the best, but you can make it work. A bit noise from the street in the evenings and nights.

The room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The location is perfect, and we rented bicycles at the hotel to go to the beach. The bus station is within walking distance.

Nothing not to like! Make sure you request a ground floor room of you're uncomfortable with stairs.

Nice location near restaurants and shops but off the heavily trafficked roads. Good location for walking. Lovely rooftop terrace for breakfast and lounging, reading… Especially enjoyed sitting up there at night. Very tasty breakfast. Bikes available for riding around. Very helpful hostess.

Not the greatest ventilation in fairly small rooms. Small parking lot up against sidewalk.

Great location, close to the Bus station and very friendly staff. Their continental breakfast was nice too, loved the fact they gave us freshly squeezed juice. Hotel is located in the center and close to many restaurants

Gabriela was fantastic! she helped us with bike rentals, local tours and taxis which made our stay run smoothly. the room was just what we wanted with enough space for the 2 of us. Breakfast was good and the staff kindly made it for us early before a tour. Lots of restaurants and bars near by.

Excellent location in central downtown. The design of the hotel is very beautiful. Good breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, toast or quesadilla, freshly squeezed juice and coffee. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Room for four people are a tiny bit small but good enough for a few days.
