Amazing price for the location. The continental breakfast was also a plus especially when you're travelling on a budget. It's close to everything and so it was easy to get somewhere and get back. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room was surprisingly clean despite all the bad reviews I read. Definitely worth it for the price. I went at the peak of summer and luckily the cleaners gave us an electric fan. The cleaner was 10/10 and the coolest guy you'll meet.

Felt like staff didn't want to be there. I can't blame them tho when it's 30 degrees out and them having to constantly deal with annoying tourists. The shower was filthy, so just make sure to bring slippers.

The main train station was about 300-yds from the hotel. The location allowed us to walk to the start of all of our excursions. The breakfast was included with the cost which really added to the value of staying here. The breakfast included two juices, coffee, assortment of sliced meats, cheeses, and breads plus hard boiled eggs. There were several types of fresh fruit and ample tables for everyone to sit. We received fresh towels daily. The stairwell is common in Amsterdam in that the steps depth is short so the stairs are very steep.

The breakfast area is in the basement so there are no windows, but that is so minor. The shower is probably typical for Amsterdam in that there is no shower curtain or shower door. You have a shower head on a flexible hose. But, this is minor.

It's nice to have a double bed in the room. Having a sink in the room is very useful too. The room is well heated which is very important when it's freezing outside. And the location is absolutely great. It's in the center, close to everything, and 4min away from Central Station.

The shower has a window that is not totally sealed, which is problematic when temperatures outside are low. Gotta be careful with the steep stairs too. The toilets are tiny.

It is in central location and hardly 10 min walk from Amsterdam Central. You will explore Night canal cruise, Tussaud museum n Shopping streets by foot.

🙁☹️ what I didn't like is small stair n no elevator, so if u are coming with big suitcase then u will have difficulties to bring it to your room. However staff was good n I asked for help n they helped me to bring my luggage from my room.

showers could do with updating/mould on calling. the doors of the rooms/toilets when shut by others are loud and woke us up throughout the night. could do with fans provided in rooms when it’s hot as having the window open was impossible as it’s noisy outside .

Most hotels so close to the center of the city have shared rooms (at least for this price), and this one has separated/private rooms. In the description it said rooms don't have toilet and a shower, but ours had a shower, which was very convenient. Toilets in the hall are clean. Overall very satisfied for the given price.

Sound isolation is a bit bad, but not terrible, and the radiator pipes are a bit loud. Cant really complain, since we were still sleeping very well despite this. I also recommend bringing your own towel. You get a clean one every day, true, but they don't have a fresh smell of a fabric softener.

It was very close to all the attractions in Amsterdam. Had a good continental buffet style breakfast and the hotel was very quiant as they say.

the staircase was a bit steep to climb as well as coming down them (not the hotels fault).

Location for the price was brilliant, the room reflects that however. We were only looking for a bed for the night so this was perfect, so getting a breakfast thrown in was pretty cool. If you're looking for more than a bed for the night this isn't for you.

The beds seemed to be smaller than standard single beds and the mattresses were the softest I've ever slept on.

The location I'd great. The staff is friendly and it's affordable. The dutch stairs are scary if you have heavy luggage but manageable.

You can't leave the window open at night for cool air because of the noise outside. We brought fans and ear plugs though it was fine.
