The room was surprisingly quiet, given the hotel's central location. The beds were very comfortable and the air-condition contributed to a good night's sleep. There was friendly staff 24/7 at the reception desk. The location was perfect, right next to the central train station and the lively little streets where there were restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

The room we stayed in was small and narrow, reminded me of a boat cabin, and especially because the floor had an incline. The bathroom was also too small and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The elevator was far from our room so we used a narrow and steep staircase to go up and down.

The staff were exceptional! Always efficient & courteous. Made suggestions about things to see & gave directions. A wake up call is a personal knock on the door. Arranged taxis to the airport. 24/7 reception staff to assist & also ensure hotel security. I was sick & very dizzy the morning of my departure- a staff member helped me to the station & guided me to the train platform. Also asked another passenger to assist me getting onto the train when it had arrived. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

Every email should have the address & phone number of the hotel. I arrived about 10 pm at the train station, but had not written down the address/phone number. Was fortunate to find a person who found the address & was able to give directions. (My US phone did not work in Europe.)

We liked the unique layout of the property. It is 3 buildings that have been combined so the floors don't match up. Lots of stairs and quirky charm. Felt like we were aboard a ship. The rooms were clean and provided ample space. The beds were very comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast vouchers are for a pancake house next door which has wonderful Dutch pancakes. (We ate there multiple times)

This property is not a place for someone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs. Located near the train and red light district. We enjoyed the hotel and would definately stay again. Good prices for a last minute booking.

The room was very clean, nice view of canal, staff very friendly, and helpful.

Stayed on ground floor, room too noisy from people walking up an down landing and stairs.

The location is excellent. Centrally located and walkable distance to the canals and Dam square. it is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a new complimentary SIM card.

The rooms are tiny and lights are very dim. We took the basic room without a view, the room has a very small window. The window faces another room and between the two rooms is a chimney emitting smoke. The windows cannot be opened and the room gets too crowded for 2 persons. But I guess all the hotels in the city centre will have a similar experience .

The location was great!! We got there at 10pm, we took the train and then it was a five minute walk to the hotel! We got a canal room view and we’re able to open the window and look out, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was updated! Hot water right away, they also had an espresso machine in the lobby all you had to do was ask and they’d make you a cappuccino or tea or coffee 24/7

We were on the third floor and had suitcases but we still had to walk up stairs and down some stairs as we weaves down the hallway to our room, it was like a maze lol

Located on a busy street filled with restaurants, bars and shops, it's at the edge of the Red Light District and walkable to the train station, metro station, and many attractions. Location is best for young people looking to take advantage of the night life.

The room was very small which i could deal with, but the "double bed" was very small for two tall people. Luckily, the front desk was able to accomodate a room change to 2 single beds which we found much more comfortable. Inside of the hotel, the floors are like a maze. Our first room was on floor 1.5 and second one was on 4.5. Difficult finding the room after a night on the town.

The fact that they have a luggage storage area and the location of the property plus the canal view from my room was great. I liked how they were able to maximize the space and i loved the color of the paint in the rooms. The air conditioning unit in the room was excellent for the summer season. There are a lot of restaurants surrounding the area.

The check-out time was too early (11AM), it should have been at least 12PM since the check-in time is at 3 PM. The soundproofing wasn’t good as well, you can hear people walking outside of your room and other stuff.

It's very rare to find a hotel with rooms designed for one person, so I was thrilled when I found Hotel CC! The price was very reasonable and the room definitely exceeded my expectations. The room overall was very clean and modern, and I was impressed in particular by how nice the bathroom was. The size was perfect for my needs (space was used very efficiently for the size as well), and the single bed was very comfy. In terms of other pros: the wifi and heating were great, the water pressure was perfect, and the reception desk was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central which made navigating the city very easy, and despite being on a busy street my room was very quiet.

Taxis and ubers can't actually reach the hotel since it's on a pedestrian-only street. That being said, when the hotel calls you a taxi the drivers know this and will help you carry luggage to the car. The building also had some little stairs on my floor after exiting the elevator, so that's something to keep in mind if you have any disabilities that interfere with or prevent walking.

Located in the heart of Amsterdam on a street that never sleeps. This is a perfect hotel for those who came to Amsterdam for nightlife. Very clean small shower, very good air conditioner and you can heat or cool the room. All in all small and clean hotel for party people. Very friendly service. I like the hairdryer. Was quite strong and I really like the mirror in the bath because it's good to put maku up. A big mirror is as well in the room. Gratis coffee in the lobby and good breakfast offered in the hotel or right next door at "original pancakes". Great view to the street. I really loved the view!!!!

Very loud street. You won't sleep. The bed is for small people. If you are taller than 160 , don't book a single bed 😉
