I love the location, the breakfast was great, staff were quite pleasant, bed was very comfortable and the view was spectacular.

The hotel "suffers" from mosquitoes, my room was full of mosquitoes and the window was not open all the time (six days), my son swelled from bites, which forced me to call a doctor to the room and buy him medicine. At breakfast I asked for a kind of egg and was told "I will check with my colleague if it can be done", and I did not get an answer back, "no" is also an answer, ignoring does not solve the problem. I think a hotel as large as the current hotel, can not afford to ignore a guest request, secondly the hotel must address the mosquito problem that exists in the rooms. Regards

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was very hygienic and safe, which gave us peace of mind. It’s situated close to all major tourist attractions. The rooms were great, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options available.

Well located, 15mins tram ride from station and 15min walk from the Museumplein We had a comfortable good sized room on an internal courtyard which was nice and quiet. Our friends initially overlooked the main road which they found very noisy at night and they moved rooms. The en-suite bathroom was fine except the over-bath shower was a bit old fashioned and not so good. Breakfast was very good with eggs and bacon cooked to order and plenty of cold options The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A/C worked well

This hotel is very centrally located making it easy to walk to all the major attractions, such as the museum district, shopping, flower market, red light district, Dam Square, etc. You can also hop on the tram as it's right outside the hotel. The room was surprisingly large as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I had read that rooms facing the main street were noisy but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. There's also a nice lounge area with a coffee machine which is a nice alternative to being in your room on a rainy afternoon.

The elevator is small but you can squeeze three people and luggage into it.

Perfect area with easy walking access into the centre, Dam square or other direction to the Rijksmuseum all about 10-15min walk. Alternatively the tram stops just outside hotel. Front desk staff always helpful, discount on boat trips, rooms were good overlooking the canal and cleaned every day, close to small shops, cafes and bars. Fridge in room was useful for extra drinks

There was renovation work happening to the building next door and adjoining canal side so not ideal if you want to lie in! Breakfast was expensive €20 pp in the hotel so we opted to eat out, plenty of good cafes close.

Location was great- close to shopping, sites, restaurants, bars, breakfast, transit and is within easy walking distance to most sites and activities. The room- a family suite- was much larger than expected and very comfortably accommodated 4 of us, essentially 4 adults and could have comfortably accommodated another adult.

No phones in room to contact desk- there is a tablet but is t very easy when you want to speak to someone. Street noise from the train and a nearby bar also we had young children in the next room who were yelling and screaming and playing until after 0100 hrs

Breakfast was simple but plentiful and good quality ingredients every morning. Staff were friendly and breakfast was served until 10.30am, allowing time fir z lie in, if required. The location of thus hotel was excellent, with two tram stops tight outside tye door. This,serviced Central Station, the museum area, and many other worthwhile sights. The noise of the tram might be a problem for some people, but ut didn't affect us, even though our room was right above it. There was a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars close by. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel is basic enough in terms of additional services, such as a bar. However, less than 5 minutes walk away you had plenty of choice.

Continental Breakfast included in our room fee. (we upgraded) Only one of us ate breakfast and she said it was very good, i.e. options and quality. Front desk staff very friendly and improved my quality of stay! (esp Jessica! ) Very walkable. Lots to do just outside the hotel door! Upon check in, please remember to ask about the property and what's included. Wasn't aware of coffee, etc, in room off the lobby until the day we left.

Three of us in a "triple room". Queen bed 'room' with one twin tucked in the corner by the window. It did not look like the room I booked online. Unfortunate. It was an odd set up. HOWEVER, we WERE fortunate enough to go on vacation and fortunate enough to have good health! Amen! Also, this hotel is in a prime location for walking to food/drink/people watching (great during the day), but at night it was very loud. (their soccer team won the nationals one night and BOY was it loud!--but congrats!) Again, tolerable, but not for those seeking a quiet refuge to sleep. :-)
