the location was very good because it was almost in the center of the city. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

the only thing that i disliked was the noise that you could hear from the streets and also from everyone passing by your room

the staff were so friendly - Brendan in particular! but all staff members were really helpful!

Fine Harmony is a clean, updated hotel with a great location for an attractive price. 8-10 min walk from Central Station, few minute walk to great variety of restaurants. Under 20-30 minute walk to even the farthest attractions- the Rijksmuseum And Van Gogh museum. 10-15 minutes walk to most attractions. Close to cruise port (15-20 min walk per GPS), 25 euro 5 minute SUV taxi for 4 with 8 pieces of luggage. Large table in small lobby good to plan day or play cards. Adequate breakfast for early quick meal to get timely start to day. Breakfast is optional and can be selected each day if desired.

Because of its location on the Main Street and despite noise proof windows , we had some street noise 2 out of our 4 nights. We had rooms at the front of the building We are used to city noises so it didn’t bother us. If you are used to complete silence at night, you may want to consider ear plugs or ask for a room on the back

The reception staff were very friendly and so helpful. The location was great as so close to the central station

Perfect location for what I wanted to do in Amsterdam. Was a bit expensive (specially coming from South Africa) Only continental breakfast available and this was charged @ EUR15. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful.

I guess there could have been a hot option on the breakfast, but I don't think the hotel have a kitchen to do this. There are plenty of places around the hotel where I could have gone and had breakfast.

Great location - walking distance into town and train station. Rooms were clean (cleaned everyday too).

Room was extremely small, when our 2 suitcases were laid out front door and bathroom done were not able to open fully. The beds were 2 singles pushed together, mattresses were light so easily moved around and slid apart, wouldn’t recommend for couples

Clean, Modern, Perfect size for two people. Bathroom was larger than expected and was surprisingly well kept, i.e. grout and caulk lines were perfect unlike was majority of 4 or 5 star accommodations I have stayed in. If they take care of the bathroom tile grout and caulk lines, then you know their upkeep is top-notch. Short 3-5 minute walk to red-light district and restaurants. Quiet part of the city, no problems with noise.

Elevator was small but it is expected in Europe.

It is very close to the city center and Amsterdam Centraal train station (5 mins by feet). It is located in a quiet area. Staff was really friendly and polite (they helped us a lot during our staying). Air-conditioning was working even without the key card (important to keep the room warm while we were out), hot water 24/7 for bathing. You get what you pay and even better. It is ideal for people who only need a place to sleep and not spend the whole day in the hotel. If I ever visit Amsterdam again I will stay again there.

The room was small, there was not enough space for our luggages and us to walk to the toilet (but we already knew it from others' people reviews, so we did not bother that much).

Great location, nice view, large family room on top floor, secure building, 24 hour front desk, friendly welcoming staff, able to drop our bags off before check in and explore, quiet location.

Would have been good to have a small fridge, more storage in our room, and some wine glasses
