Amazing room with stunning views, very clean, and housekeeping came in each day. Huge bed, lovely linen and great shower. Dog friendly so perfect for our stay. It is a 10 min bus ride into town, bus stop is at end of road (few min walk) Bus back it is the last stop so you cannot get lost

I felt staff didn't explain things very well, I asked where car park was, and although it was very easy to find wasn't explained well to me (maybe I was being very stupid after a 5 hour stressful drive) I was then told bus stop was outside hotel, again maybe the stresses of drive, but I just needed things explained to me properly. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant as such, but is joined to sister hotel moxy, we ended up having to eat there twice (long story) both times had run out of most of the menu and a few (not all) members of staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Room was spacious, really liked having the separate space of a sofa to relax on. The shower was a great size and well pressured. The kitchen facilities met expectations and requirements for the stay. Bed was very comfortable, with a good view from the window. Breakfast gave many different options, all of which were delicious. Also really enjoyed the pool & sauna facility.

Would have appreciated more space to hang our wet clothes to dry after a day of being caught in the rain! Another towel rail in the bathroom would have been useful, but mostly the storage was useful.

Spacious room which was quite well equipped with a kitchen as there is nothing around the hotel which is situated on a quayside overlooking the port which offered an interesting view. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Unless you have a car, getting into town either needed a taxi or there is limited public transport.

Be prepared to take your own food as there are only 2 restaurants, one which is really expensive, and the second on the ground floor, prices we what you would expect to pay but quality of food was appalling.

Located in newer sort of hip urban environment. Short walk to direct bus line to Centraal Station.

Housekeeping was rather lax.

Beautiful view from the room. I would say to ask for a high floor room. Kitchen was very well equipped. It was a perfect location for our trip as it was only a short walk from The Theatre. Really cool bar. I would stay again. Great for families if you want to be outside the hustle of the main city. It was short bus ride to the Centre.

Breakfast was good but they could have topped up the hot food more. Also If you don't need the kitchen I would book the Moxy as they are in the one building and share the same bar.

Does exactly what it says on the tin - it’s a business hotel so we had our own little kitchenette for self service. The rooms were clean, very cosy bed sheets (!), spacious enough, great value for money. The place has a cool bar and hangout space with games etc on the ground floor, unlike other hotels it was nice and quiet at night time though so had a good nights’ sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast had a tiny selection and wasn’t great, but we weren’t expecting breakfast at all from a self-catering place so really can’t complain/wasn’t an issue!

Staff had setup the room with the prosecco package very well and the message left on the window which was a nice touch. Rooms were excellent and a good location. Bags were looked after by the concierge when we had arrived early.

Getting responses via email/booking.com were quite slow from this provider, and was dealt with by multiple people which made the expereince come across a little disjointed. I was a little disappointed that there had been no rose petals in the processo package, and was only told on the day of arrival, when on the off chance that I checked everything was to go ahead as planned with the concierge when I came to check in and they informed me that this was the case, and no discount had been offered. The breakfast was also a little underwhelming, but the essentials were covered atleast.

The room was spacious with great views. It had parking at reasonable rates and was only short 10 minute bus ride into central Amsterdam.

There were not enough staff in the hotel, checkin took more than 30 mins. The facilities were lacking such as a restaurant and bar and although you can make use of facilities of the adjoining hotel, that was substandard. There was very little around the surrounding area, such as restaurants, shops, etc.

Comfortable and clean room with a large window overlooking the water. Nice and warm. Good breakfast selection. Well equipped gym and nice pool. Secure car parking on site is helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

May be a little too far from the centre for some but I knew this when booking and the quick bus into town left from the next street. Kitchen area only had 1 pan so not practical for cooking. I didn't ask for another pan as we ended up eating out each day and a good breakfast was included.

we had a fabulous stay here. The property is modern with a cosy feel. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was specious and offered stunning views over the port of Amsterdam. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed. We’re welcome with open arms and the staff made sure to keep us comfortable and happy at all the times. big thank you to Laurent & Jeroen, these guys are simply the best. We need more people like them in the hotel industry. Thank you for the great experience.
