really clean and comfortable every aspect. somehow like the window view

kinda far from everywhere, does take some time to get around, but not too far to walk

It’s a short scenic walk from the ferry which takes you right to the central station. The Hotel Is very Tidy and Modern, allowing you to check in, check out and buy food and drinks using a touch screen. The staff were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond when we requested some food for a picky eater. The room was compact but cosy and had everything I required, as well as a adjustable bed and a chromecast TV.

The surrounding location during our stay was quite heavily under construction so we had to detour and Look over a construction site, But is out of the hotel’s control. The actual hotel are is lovely and provides seating along a picturesque canal. The shower would sometimes leak into the toilet and the main floor. and A little bit more variety at the self service food and drink station would help.

The.bed was very comfortable. AC was good location was good staff was very helpful and cheerful. I liked the breakfast and the self serve snack. Area

When I arrived I took a cab not realizing the ferry was right by the train station it would be nice if that info was given in the welcome email. It would have saved me a 35 euro taxi ride.

The breakfast was by far the BEST breakfast I have ever had in my life, I had to ask the name of the chef and it was Emilio from Cuba, and the food was outstanding. They offered gluten-free and lactose-intolerant options that actually tasted good.

I know it is a modern hotel, but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery and there was nothing to get a hold of it.

Room was wonderful. Great amenities, very comfortable (unusual to have an adjustable bed), fabulous bathroom, mine had a great view from the shower! Near shops & restaurants & beside canal. Variation room lights show outside at night to light up the hotel in different colours (easy to spot).

Hotel took nearly €150 as a deposit along with full payment. By the time I arrived I was furious. I argued the point with the manager & said it's not stated on Booking.com before you book. She apologised & seeing I was so upset, refunded the 'deposit'. I was happy it was sorted. Then a few days later I decided to extend my trip & reception rang & asked for a second deposit (@ 21.45)! I told him "no" & for him to talk to the manager. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately 😕

The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is modern and pleasant.

The hotel is not in the town centre but a walk/bus ride away and short free ferry from Central Station . It is not far but the immediate surroundings is still being built so a bit bare .

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Room was an okay size and very clean throughout. Restaurant/Bar were great and the area out the back was very tranquil!

The location was slightly out of the centre, requiring a bus journey or 25 minute walk to the ferry into Amsterdam. Not a huge downside just something to bear in mind.

I was there with my gf for like 5 nights, and I can say that it was perfect. An excellent Hotel with Excelent and Polite staff. The checkin says to be at 15:00 but if you are arriving earlier than 15:00 and they do have your room ready they will check in you on 10:00 so you will not need to stay and wait the check-in time which is amazing, cant say that rooms are very large, but cmon you're in Amsterdam the rooms are more than enough to sleep, take a shower, or to have a rest. with other words I'm completely satisfied with what experience I had, if somebody thinks that it is away from city centre it is not true, I did manage to go to the center in like 15 minutes of simple walk from Hotel.

Due to some of COVID regulations you need to order by yourself the clean service in your room ( it is free just need to ask ). Did ask for it and on the next day didn't get it :( got it with a day after. I cant say it is a big problem, but like a small negative moment, but everything else was perfect.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Appreciated the small fridge, iron and ironing board. Nice tv and easy to cast.

Room is a bit small. There are no windows, so no fresh air. Property located on the north side and quite a walk to closest public transport. Use the free ferry from Centraal to get to the North side. We did not know about it and taxi was quite expensive.

Great place to stay, bicycle is a must like in any place in Amsterdam. 10 minutes cycling from Central Station from where you take ferry that is free of charge. Very polite staff, and the policy of self service and cash free I found very easy to enjoy it.
