Very new clean rooms with new furnishing and appliances. Loved the little gym. Great location, can walk to train station. I felt very safe.

Parking easily accessible but must pay daily rate. TV was new but it required Google login to use.

Lovely clean and very new apartments in great location. Rooms had washer and dryer and kitchenette with tea and coffee which was perfect. It had a gym but we didn't use it. Also lots of parking for $25 per night, which in Auckland prices is reasonable compared to other hotels. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations for food near by. We checked in late but they have a call centre that helped us with an easy check in which was perfect. Will definitely come back again.

Initial room we were given had two small singles instead of 1 Large double bed. One other small incident but thr staff were amazingly helpful and upgraded our room to what was booked.

Property is new so very clean and tidy. New, clean, staff member was polite.

No restaurant open which was a shame. I walked to the petrol station on the main road and ordered Uber eats as there was nothing open in the area in the weekend. Commercial area, businesses all closed on the weekend. Area would be confusing if you didn’t know the area, I grew up in this area so knew it well enough. I booked hotel with air con as I am on medication and have a medical cond where I overheat, heart races act. Was told on arrival that building had no air con, which I was not happy about as if I had known I would have cancelled and booked another hotel in the area! They sorted my air cond before i got to my room which I was very grateful with.

the hotel was new, the room we booked had a little kitchen (microwave, mini fridge, sink, dishwasher, dinnerware, coffee/tea station), it also came with tv, aircon, tables and chairs, as well as washer and dryer. also had shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. bed was comfy, located close to the train station as well as Sylvia Park Shopping Centre around 10-15 mins drive (we mostly took Ubers though). there's also some food places available (5 mins walk)

- getting there was a little bit confusing for our uber drivers due to the construction (not the hotel's fault). - ran out of the coffee/tea they initially provided on our last day (3N4D), they said they were out and there wasn't any coffee shops nearby that were open. - food shops nearby were all CLOSED during the weekend

Location was perfect for me with office on Great South Road. Used the gym which was great but there was no water in the water cooler and floors were quite slippy - could do with a padded mat or two by the weights.

Would have been lovely to have a comfy chair or desk in the room but it was really nice and I would definitely stay again. I asked for a tax invoice for my stay on check in but the receptionist said she couldn't give me one as I booked through booking.com, would be great for the receptionist to be able to email or print an invoice when requested at check in.

The hotel is brand new, only 4 months old when we stayed and everything is crisp and clean, had the best sleep in their beds and value for money was great. We had a second stay here a couple of days later and were in the apartment style rooms, which are superb, even a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Train station also a very short walk away

Was not that bothered that they didn't have a restaurant, but the one nearby was not open at the weekend, which was a shame but not a deal breaker.

Spotlessly clean room. The staff at check in were exceptionally friendly. We stayed for a midweek gig and the location was convenient to head to work the next day. Super comfortable bed.

The only thing that disrupted my sleep was there was a lot of light in the room from things like the phone, alarm clock, tv, microwave and the corridor. If your sensitive to light bring an eye patch and it will be all good.

Brand new hotel. Everything clean and new. Received an upgrade free of charge on request. Very impressed. Great location. Parking onsite available

Only 1 concern was the carpark directly outside our window (not the hotels)seems to be a late night hangout for boy racers and recreational drug users. Although this didn't really affect our stay it was not that desirable. Hopefully the hotel will take action to have this delt with.

Our stay was awesome! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming - she even checked us in early & upgraded our room for free!!! The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the hotel was very clean. Great value for money too! I will be returning when I'm in Auckland again.

The location was a little bit average when you don't have a car to get around - however, there is a cafe close by and the train station is only a 2 min walk - the great facilities made up for it.

The overall experience was excellent from the staff to the facilities. We were overnighting from our flight in from the States and the staff were so friendly. There could be a desk in the rooms for laptop use but this is a new facility and was absolutely brilliant if a little hard to find for our Uber drivers.

There is very little that could be done to improve the experience, the staff were great. Perhaps a chair and a desk in the rooms so that you can use your laptops but other than that not much to improve.
