No hot breakfast was available which was ashame as I was looking forward to some yummi eggs and hashbrowns etc 😀

Very friendly husband and wife team run the place, did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Some issues with lights in the bathroom but that can happen anywhere. We arrived late at night / early morning the heater was on and running for us in our room as promised on our arrival. It was an inexpensive taxi ride to the CBD for us. Internet was first rate with no issues. A pharmacy is across the road and it is a short walk to a BP service station and small group of shops.

I had no issues with the bedding in our room, but my partner has back problems and did not rate it as highly as I did.

The unit was lovely... staff amazing!!

Didn't like a couple of the occupants... nasty lady yelling at another stayer this morning in the car park. Disgusting... Neighbour was still playing music at 11.30pm last night...

Room was good, had everything you needed. Comfy beds, big bathroom. Parking outside the unit was good. Close to all amenities. Although I had an issue with the wrong room, the receptionist was very lovely and friendly and helped as best she could.

We booked a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit but were given a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. We booked months ago so when I questioned this she said they were booked out. I got no notification of this so was very annoyed. She offered us a tiny refund and some free drinks and as we were staying the next weekend she gave us an upgrade to the same 2 bedroom unit.

Clean room, bed was comfortable, the spa bath was great, room was made warm for arrival (heat pump on).

appeared to be some long term tenants in some other lodges that were a bit noisy and riding scooters etc around the car park late at night.

Comfortable, clean, bigger enough

A bit expensive then competition also charged extra 3 % fee for credit card - manually added. Seemed like some long stayers with young children running around everywhere.

Was very clean, comfortable quite and very warm room on a very cold night, we really appreciate that they turned the air conditioning and lights on for our midnight arrival, staff where very helpful and friendly and that's a big thing for our family

We had issues with the hot water we were told the temperature was fine, we said it wasn't hot at all another staff member came to the room and found the hot water thermostat was off he turned it on and by the morning it was hot, Netflix etc on the tv wouldn't work just kept loading they reset it in the morning when we told them and the did give us a discount on our stay.

Loved how clean it was and very spacious. I booked a one bedroom family suite and they asked if I would like to upgrade to a 2 bedroom which was lovely and spacious for only $15 extra. I loved the friendly manner in which they spoke and they also showed us where to go in Christchurch and gave us a map. Also having T.V's in each room including the lounge and bedrooms was great as we all like watching different channels. Our beds were always made up and our room cleaned, we had fresh towels each day. Awesome, would definitely book and stay again.

Facilities and staff were amazing, in fact this is the only accommodation we staying in where the staff showed us what was near (restaurants etc) showing us on a big map and they took the time to let us know our best options to get to the airport the following morning without even asking them, extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered 3x big breakfasts and the French toast, they were huge and delicious, well worth the money. The room was warm and very cosy, loved the extra bed in the lounge area, all beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here this, I give this an 11 out of 10

Location was a little further out of town ,we would usually choose something closer to main tourist areas. But still had all needs in reasonable proximity, ie cafe restaurants and supermarket.
