The location of the hotel was great!. walking proximity to the buses that take off to different sightseeing places. Breakfast was wonderful. Good spread of b'fast items.My kids loved making their own pancakes. The room was comfortable and clean for a family of 4. The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner ,which was again walking distance from the hotel. Due to some strike issues the company that I booked cancelled the tour and I was able to book a tour with the help of the front desk.They have an onsite Fido show which was good.

Our stay at this hotel had its highlights. The location, a 20-25 minute walk from downtown, allowed access to most of the city's attractions, but fell short of being within walking distance to major landmarks. If you prefer convenience, consider Alfama or Bairro Alto. It's worth noting that Bolt rides are only 3 euros to these areas, providing a great alternative to walking. The breakfast, while great, had room for improvement. It offered various cold options, but the consistently cold and flavorless eggs were disappointing. Although there was a good selection of food categories, we hoped for more daily breakfast variations to keep things fresh. Lastly, we found the hotel's Booking scores to be overly generous.

On the downside, there were several aspects of our stay that left something to be desired. One of the main drawbacks was the cleaning staff's performance. They fell short in terms of replenishing shower and hand gels in a timely manner, which is crucial for maintaining hygiene and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the daily room services were subpar and failed to meet our expectations. It left us with the impression that we could have done a better job ourselves at home. Improvements in these areas would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience at this hotel.

The room was large and the bed was really comfortable. The AC worked well, what was very nice given that it was really hot when we were there (around 35 degrees). The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary (although the pancake machine was really cute). The location is great, very central and around 10 min walk from the nearest subway station. We also had dinner one day there, because we were really tired to go out, and the food was really good (we ordered a tapas board and a tuna sandwich).

The bathroom needs a makeover, you can tell that it's old. But in any case, we knew we were not in a 5 star hotel, so it was not a big deal.

Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed which they pull down for you. The family suite we got had a living area separate from bedroom with its own TV. That was very helpful with kids. Breakfast was good. There is a grocery store very close by and room had a mini-fridge so we were able to store some snacks. Also close by were a metro station, car rental location, couple restaurants. Must take transportation to sightseeing locations. My child loved the game room. Staff was okay.

The bathroom was very tight and there was not enough storage and/or hooks to hang towels. The elevators were also very small.

Great Hotel with the friendliest staff I have ever has the pleasure to meet. Check in was quick and informative. We arrived at mid-day and we were all checked in immediately which was great. We had a room on the 10th floor with a balcony. Room was perfect. Bed was super comfy. We had our AC on during the night which was great. Breakfast is super. Lots of variety. Fruit, Yogurts, Pastries, Meats, Cheese, Donuts, Bread, Toast, Cereals, and Great Coffee!! The location of the Hotel is perfect. Only a 3 min walk brings you to the Metro. And it's about a 25 min walk down to the coast/centre. We had some drinks in the Hotel Bar on a couple of nights. One night we sampled some complementary roasted chestnuts and port which was a lovely touch. If you are thinking of staying at this great Hotel..do it. You won't be disappointed.

We were entirely happy with our stay

Massive thank you to the staff at Ibis for making our stay special. It was my boyfriends birthday so they put balloons, rose petals and a birthday cake in our room ready for when he arrived. The staff in the bar made the best cocktails and sangria!! And although there was no hot breakfast, the fresh breads and pastries, ham, cheese made us feel like we weren’t missing out on much. Was the perfect light breakfast.

The stay was great! The only small thing I could mention was not having a iron in the bedroom but there was a dry cleaning service available if you wanted to pay for that.

We have been in many IBIS styles and we like the different themes of these hotels. This one has a nautical theme, with many gimmicks for children, so they have ample room to play. The ground floor with bar and breakfast room are refurbished and look nice. The lifts however are very small and old. The rooms (we had 503) were clean but rather bare and there were no plugs next to the bed. The pillows were very small and hard. We had a room on the street side and that was really noisy even with ear plugs. The bathroom was clean and the rain shower was nice but the shower door didn't close very well and the bathroom flooded every morning. Regarding breakfast, that was nice with fresh orange juice and pastel de nata but there wasn't too much choice of cold cuts nor of warm dishes. On Saturday and Sunday, the breakfast room was almost too small. The hotel is quite a walk from the old town and there are not many bars or restaurants around, but Uber is cheap in Lisbon and for a few EUR we were in town. Price of the room was for a 4 start hotel, and this is really not more than a 3 start hotel

Great size triple room, comfortable beds and bathroom, nice view, very soundproof, very good quality breakfast but with mediocre variety, exceptional pasteis de nata every single day! We booked a long time ahead at a great price. Nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The location was a bit out of the central tourist spots of Lisbon. There were only 2 elevators of which only one was working and this caused bottlenecks, especially around breakfast time.

The surrounding area was nice and decent. The public transport was within an arm's lenght and it was an easy and fast way to explore the city. The room was as I expected before. It was clean, cosy and quiet, the bed was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a nice variety of breakfst, so everyone can choose to their own taste. Everything was fresh and delicious including coffee.

The room wasn't heated up when we arrived which would be nice in February, but you can controll it, so it wasn't such a big problem. We left the heating on while we went out to explore the city and the room was nicely heated up when we got back later and we didn't have any problmes with it during our stay.

Very friendly and nice staff. We had problems with our room, but they solved it very fast. For any request you have, you'll find someone smiling and willing to help. Very well located, it is close to the metro and busses. In 20-25 minutes walking you can reach the old city. Clean room and nice beds. Nice terrace. We had dinner at the hotel once and the food was good (quite different from what they offer for breakfast).

Our room was in a part of the building where there was a lot of humidity and the smell of an unventilated basement. However, they changed our room and everything was fine. For breakfast there are few options (we stayed for 7 days and it was quite boring to have the same breakfast every day).
