Location of the hotel, possibility to park outside relatively easy. View from the room over the street but not noisy at all (5th floor). Strong shower, confortable bed.

Bathroom was crispy clean, while room itself wasn't. Sticky spots from glasses all over the bedside tables, crumbles on the floor etc. The hotel is relatively new, but requires some maintenance and attention. A bit love really. You can open window a bit, but mechanism to keep it open is broken, so the window closes over its weight. Floor lamp didn't work. We stayed one night so didn't bother to complain, though. Breakfast. Everyone knows how important it is. But not the breakfast team. Not enthusiastic, not proactive, not friendly, very slow. You greet them first because they will completely ignore you till then. Well, if you find them... The breakfast itself if plane, nothing to remember. Meh...

The hotel was a great stay whilst in Lisbon. The location of the property is slightly out of the city centre. It is an easy downhill walk (15ish) minutes to the centre of town where all the main shops and restaurants are. However, to walk back to the hotel it is mostly uphill which is something to consider if it's very hot (we took a taxi in extreme heat). Our room was much bigger than we expected with lots of natural light. The staff were all friendly and helped to arrange taxis whenever we needed. Overall great hotel.

The bathrooms were smaller than expected however still clean and had everything necessary.

The full breakfast at 10€ is a very good one with breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, good coffees, waters, sweet breads/desserts & fruits. The staff at reception (Tatiana, Tiago (extra helpful) & Bruno) are very nice people that do a great job. We’ll fitted for their jobs.

We did not have a microwave in the room (had to go downstairs to heat food we had in the refringe.) We also didn’t have ice nor ice bucket in the room (had to go downstairs with plastic bag to take ice upstairs.) Sightseeing buses are very near (in Pombal circle), area is safe & lots of local busses are near as well for 2€ each way.

Fantastic location! It was vey easy to get here from the airport, and then during our stay to get to wherever we wanted to go. It is right on one of the main public transportation hubs, but on a side street, so not loud. You'll find multiple bus and subway lines, extremely wonderful location. There are lots of restaurants nearby, bunch of little streets with cafes, shops and more tucked away. We needed a little help with printing something and contacted the reception before arriving. They were super nice and very helpful, printed 2 copies for us. And, I'm not sure if it's like this at every hotel in Lisbon, but there is a water bar (fresh fruits giving just a little flavor to the water) at the reception which was a very nice surprise. Luggage storage in a locked room, and all your suitcases / bags get a ticket (doesn't work like this everywhere in the world, so it's a good to know). The rooms were alright, the size of the bed was great. All in all, I recommend staying here.

It's not that I didn't like it, it was just more weird. When you enter the hotel there are a stairs you need to take down to get to the reception. No issue for us, and I'm sure if you need help with your luggage they'll be happy to help.

The hotel is very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There were no issues with language barriers and they were always willing to help me get a taxi. I didn't eat the breakfast because there were so many places around to eat. The location is great, it's right off of a metro stop and near several bus lines, and taxis frequently drive by. This place is excellent value for a short stay, anything longer than 3-4 days, you may want a hotel with more amenities in the room.

The room was clean and spacious for a hotel in Europe, but the beds were pretty stiff. For a short stay it probably wouldn't be an issue but I stayed for 10+ days and about halfway through my back was unhappy. The showers were also less than ideal - the half door means that water gets everywhere when you shower so you're always trying to mop up water. There is a mini-fridge in the room but it really doesn't keep anything cool.

We were very happy with our twin room, on a corner with two floor to ceiling windows overlooking Avenida Duque de Loule. Very close to metro stop (stairs to street, we didn't see a lift). A lovely easy walk down the Ave. Liberdade. Staff friendly and helpful. We didn't have hotel breakfast but recommend a walk to Fabrica on Rua Portas de Sto Antao.

Everything was good, but a minor issue was facing the open door to the downstairs lobby toilet when accessing the lifts - maybe a self-closing mechanism would solve this!

Breakfast : Even if it wasn't included on our booking ( but that was my mistake at the time of the reservation ) it was really really good and comprensive : many choices between sweet and salty. Basically it was a full meal before starting the day. Location : we could not ask for any better. Located in an elegant and secure neighborhood, there is a metro station just 1 minute walking distance where withing 2 stops you get downtown. However, if you'd rather take a walk in it is only 15/20 minutes away where you pass by some top brands boutique. Staff : Great experience with all them, We would like to say thanks to Marcelo for the precious tips relating the site-seeing and the girl that ckeck us in ( apology for not remembering the name ) for her kindness. Overall, We would certainly reccomend to stay at Exe Lisbon especially if you are a couple or a family.

Location was central, bathroom was large, room size was also good. There was no problem other than minor details.

Some details were negative. There was only one thin pillow per person in the room. (In the photos, there are two pillows on each bed, moreover :))This was uncomfortable for us. We asked the reception for the second pillow and they brought it right away. It was a solved problem, but it is an important detail for those who prefer a comfortable sleep. We did not have Do not disturb/We want cleaning sign to hang on the door. We had to follow the staff constantly on the floor. some days we didn't want cleaning, some days we wanted it but we had to try to catch the staff on the floor and say it. I didn't like that either. Kettle, tea and coffee should be placed in the room. Lastly, I scanned the menu in the room, it looked like there was lunch from 12:00, but in reality it was not.

wonderful hotel with amazing service. Each one of the staff were so kind and helpful with every need. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of food, drinks and fruits. THey even gave me gluten free bread and sweets when asked for it. The location is also wonderful, close to the Metro but without noise, and close by foot to the center of things and restaurants. Excellent stay and a great value for cost. Highly recommended!

Almost no channels in English on T. V. but was not that important.
