If your want a quiet place to stay with an amazing spa service then this is the one! Located close to high brands street and Sunday market is 10 away walking and everything else was amazing. The receptionist were so helpful specially when we went back after checkout to collect some items we have forgotten it in the room.

Housekeepers were very friendly but they don’t speak English and it was a challenge! Also the room door doesn’t have locks from inside!!! Were we felt unsecured and housekeepers had entered the room twice when we requested for a service and i was in the toilet when she entered while i already asked her to come later apparently she didn’t understand what I am saying!

It was an amazing hotel, great location with nice ambience all around. There was an amazing touch of detail at the end as they wrote us a hand-written thank you note with a platter of cheese, what a touch of class and kindness.

Our toilet in our room didn't have a lock, and it was quite unhygienic as there was no washbasin in there. The sound insulation in that toilet was non-existent for three people sharing the room. The shower tray was absolutely useless and it had no slip floor resistance, an accident waiting to happen for someone to fall and hurt themselves, the drain wasn't working efficiently as the lobby got flooded all the time. Some of the front desk staff could be a little friendlier sometimes, it felt they were doing us a favour a few times by being there.

This could have been the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at (and I travel a lot!) The location is perfect as it is between the two hills and at the end of a long, wide classy avenue, close to town. The set up of the room is brilliant- there is a desk with great, fast wifi, internet connection, great chair and tea and coffee facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the shower amazing. I like the fact that they have dared to be a little quirky with the design of the room- the shower is sort of right in the middle and the glass doesnt really afford privacy, but who cares? The prudish guest can go and stay somewhere else! I loved the fridge too! The breakfast was incredible! Great bread, roasted vegetables, eggs, fruit (PAPAYA!!) and cakes etc. I love this place! The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, I loved them! Oh, and I love the sweets at reception, but I dont think my teeth did!

as soon as you enter the room, the tv goes on with the most annoying music on loop until you can find the remote to turn it off. The breakfast staff were not the friendliest but this is not a huge deal, just something to be aware of and improve in case some haughty guest decides they will rate the hotel low because of this.

I would say the strongest suit of this hotel is definitely their hotel staff from the reception, breakfast head/supervisor, spa and even the cleaners- all of them seemed well trained and knew how to accommodate our (or in my view, even other guests) needs and concern. The rooms are spacious and I don’t think people need to worry about the shower being see through anymore, the glass was sufficiently frosted with enough opacity- you will only see a blurred silhouette

We appreciated the stuff in hotel. Really friendly and helpful. Location is really good to explore all parts of Lisbon. Everything works well in our room just one day they didn't organize well time of cleaning our room but it was exception and they bring us now towels and all we needed imidiatelly. Really nice is mixture of sweets in the loby. I was there all the time picking up some :)

The cleaning service in the morning make quite big noise and they start after 8 so if you want to sleep longer have ears plugs to stay quiet.

everything. communication before arrival was fantastic related to my questions. front desk staff was incredible, with a special shout out to Mariana (don’t know other names) who helped me navigate a tooth issue and location of a dentist. many thanks. and Airia (spa/massage therapist) was fabulous. both my husband and I got massages and enjoyed the atmosphere and Airia. also a shout out to the restaurant staff who went above and beyond to cook me an omeletttfor dinner since I had a tooth issue and couldn’t chew. Obrigada!

the flooring in the room was weird and the set up (without complete privacy) of the bathrooms.

Pedro on front desk was exceptional

Location good, can walk into centre and reception helpful with map and recommendations. Metro also close and straightforwards. Good shower, room clean and comfy. Hotel entrance and communal areas smart, clean and comfortable. Value for money good.

Kettle and coffee maker in room but cups too small for decent cup of tea and no milk provided. I asked for some at reception and initially was told there would be a charge, but lady from kitchen brought a small jug. Spa disappointing. Jacuzzi too cold, steam room not working, sauna small so no room if already 2 people in there. Gym however was good and quiet.

The rooms were spacious and modern with a coffee machine. We stayed for 4 nights, you could do with more clothes storage if staying for longer. No mini bar fridge which would have added to the room but they possibly have them in the more expensive options. Breakfast was good and we used the hot tub/sauna whilst there. Location excellent with plenty of decent restaurants and bars on the door step. Near to the tube and only about 1 mile walk to Rossi Square and the front.

it’s a lovely hotel with smart and modern rooms, large airy public rooms, and great staff. front desk, and especially Beatrice, looked after us really well, including restaurant recommendations. when you stay here, eat one evening at Taberna Anti Dontas that is very close by. enjoyed the complimentary sauna and Jacuzzi. 5 minute walk to metro. or 25 minutes walk to the waterfront. like all city hotels, you need to keep the window closed. as noisy outside. but all air conditioned so nonissue. thank you for looking after us. strongly recommend staying here
