Efficient - fantastic central location, across the street from underground station. Accommodation is humble, with all the essentials, serves de purpose if luxury is not a priority. Staff was polite and helpful. Economy prices, so you get what you pay for (and don’t mean that in a bad way)

Could do with a slight touch up, and noticed some details to be improved on cleaning. A slightly bigger variety at breakfast would go a long way or having the full assortment available throughout the hours of service.

The location and neighborhood of the hotel are a plus. Mr. Manoel, the doorman, is a friendly person. The breakfast is honest and serves you well. The cleanliness of the rooms is great.

Some of the receptionists are not as polite and friendly as they should be, but one in particular was excellent and always very attentive. The building is under construction and therefore there is a lot of dust in the common areas. The carpet in the room is very old and I recommend that it be removed, as it accumulates a lot of dirt. It would be great to have a mini-fridge in the room, so guests can keep their water and food as fresh as possible.

Residencial Horizonte is a Guest House and it is situated in an excellent location in Lisbon. The icing on the cake is that Parque Metro station is right in front of the Guest House. Fantastic 😀. Breakfast was ok. Value for money.

The front of building needs painting. The signage in front of the building has been changed from blue to white, this is not bright enough. The carpet in the room is old and dragging of chairs in the breakfast room was disturbing in the mornings as my room was directly below the breakfast room.

So easy to find from the Parque metro station, 24-hour reception was very much appreciated after arriving from a late flight and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The pillows were hidden in the Closet which in my tired state that I completely missed so keep that in mind, and there weren't any signs to say that I didn't need my towels changed or something like that. But, those are small points and don't detract from the Hotel at all.

Location was great right across the street from the Parque metro on the blue line. One day we even walked all the way into town down Avenida Liberdade which is a short walk from the hotel. We then rented a car down the street which was super convenient. Great spot.

The street is definitely loud but even still we slept with the patio door open for some air. Garbage men pick up garbage at about 1am a couple of nights we were there. Breakfast is Continental but adequate.

The location is perfect, just on the other side of the road from the Metro Station! The staff was friendly and professional. The cleanliness and space of the room were fine.

The breakfast was the weakest point. Simple and with limited options, but good enough for a morning meal.

Breakfast was good and has been served between convinient hours. Best location, right infront of the metro station and just 3 stops away from the city center. A nice walk from the hotel gets you to a square surrounding restaurants.

The only problem was the air conditioning inside the room.

It is a cozy place. Nice staff. Wonderfull location.

The air conditioning did not seem to be working. White lights in the room. Yellow would provide a softer environment.

the hotel is in an exceptional location, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the room is neat and clean, the breakfast was ok, the mass should be increased. All recommendations to make this hotel your choice.
