Campanile Barcelona

The parking was really spacious and not that busy, so there was always enough space to park. Air conditioning was working really well, which was really imporant durring the hottest time of the year. The room was really clean and taken care of!

The walls were pretty thin and you could hear what’s happening on the outside or rooms nearby. The toillet in our room appeared to be not fit properly as it was slightly moving and the shower head was leaking. But those are just small nuances.

Room facilities were very good. Below ground parking very useful. Drinks making facilities in the room.

The Saturday night dinner menu was a help yourself of different dishes. The fish was nice but the barbecue meat very chewy. I would rather have chosen a dish for myself from a set menu.

Bed and pillows are very good. Sheets and room are clean. Extra bed and extra set of towels ready. Closed and guarded parking below easily accessable. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Location is far for center, very close to the highways, but a bit difficult to find. Free parking outside is limited and chaotic. Room had a strong smell of (cigarette) smoke.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel was nice. The rooms were well furnished. The location was a bit complicated as no public transport is available to reach the hotel

The location was not suitable. I also hoped more options for breakfast. The AC in the room was not good. The wifi was not consistant throughout my stay.

Staff and localization

The bedroom have a indoor do the next room, in my case I have a few problems with noise. The Internet conection was always failing down

Super for staying with a dog, being able to walk straight out of the room to walk the dog. Perfect hotel for transit just off the motorway. Very friendly staff.

The outside ambiente could see some improvement.

When we arrived, the receptionist knew who we were and said, yes, you need two extra pillows and a kettle in your room. Also, we asked for a particular room which we got. But unfortunately I cannot use Booking.com anymore as they have cheated us over the Camponile Beaune. They changed my dates for some reason I don’t understand, and hen I queried it they said I had changed it on my app. I do not have an app. Dishonest. Now the date which was confirmed 21st November is full, and they can’t do anything about it. No refund, but I am taking it further and I am disgusted. In future I will book the Camponile Barcelona independently. MA Paterson

Liked everything, we could see our car even!

It was very well located in relation to the high way, which allowed me to depart without delays thr following day. The food was good and the troom was fine for what we needed.

The restaurant was quite cold, and we had to take dinner and breakfast with our coats (it was end of December)

Staff very polite and helpful. Stayed with 2 dogs put in the most perfect place also had a garden to walk them around.

Our only grip is the room smells of cigarettes and being a non smoker smelt even worce but we Awre only stay one night so just put up with it.
