Exe Barbera Parc

We were very happy and satisfied during our stay @ Exe Barbera Parc. + Neat & Clean rooms as advertised. Quite comfy for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids + No highway noise in the room when the doors are closed. + Wonderful air-conditioning + Friendly staff and good breakfast + Free parking + Big mall located in 5 minutes walking distance (KFC, BURGER KING, restaurents, shops, super market etc.) + 35 minutes from the train station Barbera del valles to barcelona - Placa de catalunya + Value for money + Safe place

- Nearest train station is located 3.5 kms away and cannot walk. Need a car or taxi to get there. - Car is almost a must to get to this place since it is located close to highway

The property is located near a shopping complex which has everything one might need during their stay. The cleanliness of this property is superb and the staff are so helpful and so nice! They were always ready to assist whenever we needed something

The only little thing we found a bit uncomfortable was that there was no kettle inside the room. However, that was only a minor inconvenience that did not impact us that much.

Hotel with free park next to a strategic shopping center for shopping or meals. The positive sides are the spaciousness of the rooms, even if as soon as we arrived we had to change our room immediately because despite the fact that you cannot smoke in the hotel, the room smelled of smoke and there were butts on the windowsill. The staff was kind in responding to our request to change the room. For the rest, the mattress is large, but with springs, very uncomfortable. Basically it is an acceptable hotel but it could be improved. The price is good for what you get. I didn’t try the breakfast they offer because you have to pay for it.

There's a shopping centre at a walking distance, where you can eat, drink, go to the cinema. There's also a low cost self service gas station if you are driving by like me.

Driving to get to the hotel parking is a bit confusing. There's no signage to get there. The isolation sound is not enough, so all the traffic noise is heard from the room. If you have trouble sleeping, you won't have a fair night.

Laura the lady on reception saved our day in more ways than she could ever imagine, after a long drive from the UK with a million hurdles thrown at us and delaying our arrival by 6 hours we arrived at 7:30 am all we wanted was a bed and shower - but she went above and beyond by allowing us to check our later. the staff at this hotel are fabulous

The location was great, right next to a huge supermarket. The room was spacious, clean and neat - lovely white towels. The room had a bath that I enjoyed after a long day of travelling and a small fridge.

The room did not have coffee and tea facilities. The remote of the TV had no batteries, but were supplied after making contact with reception.

Friendly personnel, tidy and comfortable rooms.

The localization of the hotel is quite challenging if you do not have your own transport. The bus station is away, and the way is not convenient.

Staff are approachable, the cleanliness and the breakfast.

The location is a bit far. They should provide a shuttle to train station. The breakfast should have a pancakes and change the menu every other day.

Property was very nice. Loved the ambience and decor

There was tiny ants on the sockets in the room I was accommodated at. I hope that wasn’t the case for other rooms. I did not like that I saw them too often around the socket area and on the desk provided as well

A woman at the desk her name is Melanie she gave me excellent service she was really helpful in everything and she was very nice and listened to my whole situation and really helped me out she made my stay a lot more better by changing my rooms

The other woman on the desk the day before was an absolute nightmare she didn’t even have my room cleaned even though I made sure i even asked at the desk in the morning she was very rude and didn’t want to co operate at all
