Ibis Ripollet

Our room was spacious, larger then usuall room in this Hotel chain. it was just like on the photos, bed was comfortable. We had enough place to sort our clothes. Bathroom was also spacious. Staff was helpful and kind. We choose this hotel for visiting Barcelona, it was easy to get to city center using train (Rodalies) , the neighbourhood felt safe even latenight. I recommend this hotel for visiting Barcelona if you don't mind travelling 30-40 min to city center. Its less then 10min walks to train station with caffes on the way where you can pick up coffee to drink while you are on the train.

Everything was fine.

The bed was really comfortable - we slept well. The air conditioning was effective and quiet. We stayed during a heatwave where the outside temperature reached 37 degrees so this was really welcome! Breakfast was good and we also had our evening meals at the hotel. There were a few vegetarian dishes to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even had directions on how to reach the Circuit de Catalunya printed out in several languages as they had a number of F1 fans staying for the weekend

There aren't any signposts for the hotel from the road and it wasn't obvious that the carpark belonged to the Ibis. Nothing major though.

it was really good value for money, there was Lidl and MC Donald's next to the hotel. Also, it was easy to travel to Barcelona city center.

- TV didn't work - The room didn't have personal properties in the bathroom and I had to go and get it from the reception - The room didn't have one use slippers and I went to get it from the reception and the next time they were reminding me that I brought 2 days ago, which was not really polite in my opinion because everyday I can request for a new one because of daily cleaning procedure - Breakfast was OK! but you can just buy some from Lidl which is next to the hotel.

Staff is friendly, everything is clean. The breakfast is excellent; it is fresh and good. There are restaurants near to the hotel, and they are good. For instance , A pizza place in the downtown of Ripollet. They offer a variety of food, and not just pizza. It is faraway from Barcelona downtown, but you can take a bus in front of the hotel then the subway; it will take around 30 minutes to get there.

The rooms were just as expected - basic but comfortable and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and the air conditioning gave a welcome relief to very hot days walking round the city. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and variety.

The restaurant meals were of a pretty poor standard. They were obviously heated up from frozen and pretty tasteless. I wouldn’t recommend eating there.

It was very good, very easy to find out, and there is a lot of restaurants close by in case you want something to eat. They also have a restaurant which IMO is very cheap. They will clean the room daily that is very appreciated. Provide clean towels on demand.

The showerhead didn't have enough pressure so I couldn't take a normal shower and had to use the bathub(not a bad experience TBH). No sockets close to the bed. No Fridge on rooms At least a bottle of water on the room will be appreciated.

Room was clean and spacious allowing we had our pet dog with us. Food was good quality and available to 10:30pm . Underground parking free of charge next door with direct access to hotel

Location near industrial estate , entrance not clearly signposted Booking confirmation should make the parking arrangements clear

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The evening meals were excellent with very reasonable prices

There could be more facilities in the room, eg, tea making, safe, iron and board, TWO chairs, why are there always only one chair for multiple occupancy rooms? Tea making is a very hospitable service even if the prices went up to reflect this

The location was perfect, 20 min away from centre by train/metro. It was very easy to find. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the towels were changed everyday. Wifi worked very well. I would highly recommend this hotel

Everything was great

Good location for the purpose of my trip. I arrived at 13 o’clock and they gave me a room immediately, although the check in was at 14. Staff was nice and helpful. Food was not bad either.

Just a couple of minor issues. There was no socket next to the bed, and I would have really appreciated having a kettle in the room.
