Perfect location, not far from metro, taxis passing out front to flag down, room was clean and well maintained by housekeeping daily. No complaints Staff always friendly and the hotel lobby smells great, strange thing to say I know but we both commented on it. I put the hotel didn't meet expectations but the only issue was the 2 single beds as commented on below.. Just check when booking that you have a double in advance.

A mature gentleman wearing glasses on reception visibly sighed when we asked a question about our room. We had two single beds but as a couple expecting a double bed at the least, pushed together didn't help as massive gap down the middle, we asked if any other rooms available and he just answered in a very clipped tone. Perhaps he needs to do a customer service course as a smile and manners cost nothing and then doesn't leave paying customers feeling uncomfortable.

Room 905 has a view to the Sagrada Familia.

Perfect location - city centre is only 15 minutes away by walking and all the other main attraction are also close enough. We didn't use any public transport during our stay. Room was spacious enough and the little noise coming from the traffic didn't bother us at all.

We found a needle inside our pillow during the first night as the needle stabbed my partners hand. Next morning when I talked with the person at the front desk, they told that they are very-very sorry and will ask their manager to contact me to compensate this situation in some way. Sadly no one didn't contact us at all. Also cleanliness inside the room could be better as there was some minor dust on the desks and on the floor.

Superb hotel, smiley reception staff greeted us upon arrival, and throughout our stay were helpful, recommending restaurants and answering any questions regarding metro links etc... room was spacious, clean, very comfy bed, spacious bathroom, good water pressure from shower, very quiet (I had requested quiet room) was at the back of hotel rather than facing road, location excellent, 2 metro stations (blue line and yellow line) within 5 min walk, 10 min walk to Segrada, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket all within 2 min walk, breakfast was great, loads of choice, buffet style, continental, cereals, fruit, yogurt, hot food, cake!, loads of choice, honestly I cant fault, ideal for our 4 night stay visiting the sights in Barcelona

The location it’s perfect to visit all the important turistic points, just in the middle of all. The bed was very big, king size, just like they promised to be. Everything is perfect, even the breakfast that’s till 10:30 for the lazy people like us. We are kindly recommend for all type of people.

- Staff. Staff is always the face of every hotel, and the face here is perfect. The lady we met was so helpful and nice. She checked whether the room was ready and checked us in earlier, so we didn't have to walk around the city with our luggage. This kind gesture blurred further flaws in the room, so thank you! - View. I enjoyed watching Tibidabo lights from the window of my room :) - Terrace and pool. Although I didn't use it as it was pretty cold, the fact that there's a pool on the rooftop which you can use is a great benefit! - The mattress was comfy, so the quality of my sleeping wasn't impacted

- the room wasn't fully clean. The bedsheets were tidy, however, there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The toilet didn't seem to be cleaned properly too. The mirrors had spots all over them. - the facilities may be updated. The fridge leaked, the bath tube was scratched and had permanent spots on it. It was all working, yet left an impression that it was a while since the renovation.

couldn’t open a window and the aircon was either too cold or it was too hot if you switched it off. wish could have opened a window for some fresh air.

Breakfast is not very cheap, but very good and varied. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but they serve snack platters and drinks at the terrace at the top. Rooms were cleaned every day, AC worked perfectly, curtains are thick to block the light if you need to sleep in, and personnel is very nice. The day we checked out they kept our luggage (we had a late evening flight) and also let us use the terrace to rest and have some drinks after walking through the city.

The pillows were a bit big and hard for me, and our friends said the same, but that's just a matter of personal taste, I think. Also, the pool at the top is very small, but we knew that. Kids still liked to use it almost every evening.

Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. The terrace was also really nice. The location was amazing, within walking distance to some of the major attractions. The room also had a kettle with coffee replaced every two days. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Extremely convenient location, just a five-minute walk from the Gràcia train station, from which you can catch trains to the airport. The hotel is on a busy street very centrally located, which means that you're within walking distance of most things in Barcelona - 20 minutes from Sagrada Familia, 10 minutes from Casa Batlló... But even though the hotel is in such a busy street, it never felt stressful or noisy. The reception staff were very professional and helpful when we had an issue with our key card. In the room, the bed was simply enormous as well as very comfortable, so my partner and I slept extremely well during our stay.

The bathroom was perhaps a tiny bit below the level of the room itself. The bathtub had a few minor scratches and the shower could have been a little bit more modern. But that is really a minor point in what was otherwise a very good experience.
