Beautiful art-nouveau building in a great location, convenient to attractions by metro or walking. Unexpectedly nice balcony with an excellent view. Surprising value. The staff member who came to check me in was flexible, communicative and pleasant.
No staff on location so the check-in process was touch-and-go as I had arrived in the city without mobile service. Information was ambiguous regarding the shared bathrooms.

Be advised that there are a number of additional costs that can come up, including; - city tax (around €5 per person per night) - late check in fee of €15 (check in is free 4pm-8pm) - washing machine and dryer €5 each per use - air con in room is €10 per day (they do not provide ceiling fan or pedestal fan- the street is incredibly noisy so you can’t sleep with door open…. pack ear plugs) otherwise- good stay!

It is a shared bathroom but it was perfeclty clean. They would come to clean every day. The kitchen is very nice. The location is great, 50 m away from the metro station, but also many Sagrada, Placa Catalunya, Casa Batllo etc. are 10 minutes away by foot. Balcony view is nice and even though it is on the big street, it is not that loud as I expected it will be. Very nice!
We had a little problem with warm water, but it happened only once while we were there.

The location was really good👍 I had a good view of the city and it was accessible to a lot of restaurants around.
The elevator was a source of frustration as it wouldn't descend because someone failed to properly close the door. The result was a grueling climb up five flights of stairs, which was quite disheartening.

I don't think I could find a fault don't get me wrong it's not going to be 6* luxury but I personally enjoyed every bit of my stay
